Cherry Blossom Deals non-elemental damage to all opponents.

Six Dragons Your party's HP and MP levels are either reduced to 1, fully restored, or left alone. The effect of Six Dragons is completely random - there is no set pattern. Six Dragons affects each member of your party individually, so one party member can be restored fully while other members of the party are affected at all, or even worse, drained.

Dragon Breath Deals damage to all opponents equivelant to the amount of HP they have lost. Example: You're up against two opponents. One of them has lost 1500 HP, the other has lost 1000. Freya attacks with Dragon Breath. Dragon Breath deals 2500 damage to both opponents. The attack will now do 7500 damage next time the attack is used. Damage cannot exceed 9999.

Dragon's Crest Deals damage to all opponents. The amount of damage is calculated by (number of Dragon-type opponents defeated) X (number of Dragon-type opponents defeated). It cannot exceed 9999.

Trance: Dragon of the Four Winds Fratley calls upon the four winds to create a hurricane that lifts his enemies into the air. He then jumps upwards through the eye of the storm and then decends downwards, surrounded by a draconic energy that takes the form of an energy dragon that nails all enemies for massive damage, followed by the damage caused when they land from the hurricane's hieght.

Weapon: Reis' Fang (Holy element lance)

Bio: Growing up, Fratley was the son of Burmecian General Plitor, a gneral renown for his tactics, his fair judgements and his kind yet disciplined heart. Fratley always strived to follow in his father's footsteps.

When Fratley became old enough, he enlisted into the Burmecian military academy. While some chastized him at first because he was the general's son, he quickly proved himself far more skilled than the rest of the cadets. He earned their respect afterwards.

A year later, a new group of cadets were enetered into the academy. Among them was a lone female Burmecian. Over the period of a month, he saw her chastized by everyone, including the instructors. She showed a great deal of potential, but her instructors would always fault her for something, making sure that she was never good enough in order to try and crush her spirits and make her quit.

One night, three cadets decided to try and have their way with the young female cadet. While she managed to knock one of them out, the other two ganged up on her and knocked her down. But before they could do anything further, Fratley stepped in. He helped the female beat down her attackers. When the fight was over, she introduced herself to him as Freya Crescent

Fratley decided to support Freya, and after academy hours, he would take her with him to train. In time, not even the academy headmaster could deny her skill, and when the headmaster tried to oust her, Fratley's father stepped in and dismissed the headmaster from his post for sexual harrassment and replaced him.

Fratley and Freya graduated at the top of their respective classes. They were paired together on every mission they underwent and suceeded flawlessly each and every time. And during those long years together, they fell in love. On Freya's 19th birthday, Fratley took her to Cleyra and at the balcony overlooking the sandstorm and proposed to her.

But fate had other things in store. One year later, reports had started to come in from the various spies about the unusual growth of Alexandria and Lindblum's military forces. Worried that he might not be strong enough to protect his country, and desiring to find out what was going on, Fratley decided he needed to go out into the world and train. This time, alone. The king needed someone to protect Prince Puck, and Fratley could entrust the task to no one else than Freya. Feya begged him to stay, but he promised, several times, that he would return.

Fratley traveled the world, learning much about the various peoples of the world and learning new fighting styles along the way. But his journey was about to come to an abrupt end. When he reached Alexandria, he overheard Kuja, Brahne and General Beatrix go over plans to annihilate Burmecia and Cleyra. Kuja sensed Fratley's presence and sent Beatrix after him.

Out on the rooftop of the castle, Beatrix confronted Fratley, and an intense battle ensued. Both were evenly matched as far as skill, speed and strength. At the battle's climax, Fratley's lance sliced Beatrix's right eye, but Beatrix retaliated with her most powerful attack: Shock. The attack sent Fratley plummetting into the river below. The electricity of Beatrix's attack coupled with the impact with the water from a height of fifty feet, followed then by the lack of oxygen to his brain from the water wiped away his memories.

When Fratley came to, he was inside of an abandoned church, being looked over by two moogles, Prince Puck and Doctor Tot. He found that he could recall nothing, not even his own name. For him, it was if he was just born into the world, knowing how to do all of the basic functions of life, his body remembering all of his training and morals, yet his past was a complete blank.

Fratley followed Prince Puck as the young prince tried everything he could to reawaken Fratley's memories. Eventually, they cam e across Burmecia, one day after it had been destroyed. While Fratley could not remember his homeland, the sight of all of the dead Burmecians brought rager and sorrow into his heart. Seeing an airship heading for Cleyra, Fratley and Puck made tracks for Cleyra.

When they arrived, Fratley found a group of mixed races being assaulted by a group of Black Mages. With speed and skill, he quickly dispatched the mages, allowing the group to get safely inside the temple.

Inside, his past would catch up with him as he was confronted by Freya. She professed so much to him, and yet, as hard as he tried to recall, he could remember nothing, answering to her that this was their first time meeting. Puck came in and explained everything to the distraught Freya. Yet the sight of her crying caused a great pain in his heart, causing him to leave the area abruptly.

It took a while after the destruction of the Cleyra settlement, but after listening to Puck's stories about his past, Fratley decided that while he couldn't remember his past, he would try to reclaim it. He listened to all of Puck's stories about Freya, about how he helped her. Puck told him every possible thing he could about the female Burmecian Knight and his past connection with her. These tales painted for him a picture of the kind of person she was. While he couldn't remember her, he felt in his heart that she was exactly the kind of woman he could fall in love with.

Fratley remained at Freya's side during the reconstruction of Burmecia, seeing her personality, her dedication, her strength. In return, she helped him when he needed aid, and then the tables had flipped. Back in his past, he helped her, and now she was helping him. He fell in love with her once more, and while Freya felt it would never truly be the same, she returned his feelings and married.

Fratley has recently begun to slowly recover his memory after long years of magical and alchemic therapy. There is still a large gap in his memory, but he has at least remembered the day he promised he would return, as well as the event that robbed him of all he held dear. He has not forgiven Beatrix for everything she did to him, to Burmecia or to CLeyra, but for him, her living with the blood on her hands is punishment enough. He is the proud father of three boys and two girls, and is the father-in-law to King Puck.

I'll put up Freya's in a bit, unless someone else wants to play as her. I won't be using them often, but they'll be used as they are needed.

You are welcome to play as Lady Freya if you so desire. As for Sir Fratley, he is officially accepted.

I would add some abilities to Dragon Magic, see what he knows, but otherwise your good.

I'd also suggest if they have a personality sheet on the FF Wiki, just Copy and Paste...

Weight: 130 lbs
Hair Color: platinum
Eye Color: Green
Clothing: Wears a redrobe-like tunic with red leffings. She had steel shoulderpads, a white frilled cloth from her neck down, and she bears the Burmecian crest upon her chest.

Personality: Loving, loyal, motherly, strict, a smart-ass at times, protective

Class: Dragon Knight

Abilities:
Jump
Dragon Magic (See Fratley's spell list)

Trance: Spear Rain Freya jumps high into the air and remains airborn for five turns. At the end of each turn, she rains down spears of energy.

Weapon: Dragon's Hair

Bio: Freya was born to a poor family on the poor section of Burmecia. Her father worked hard as a barkeep while her mother stayed at home to take care of Freya and her sisters. Being the eldest, Freya helped to care for her siblings, yet in her mind, she aspired to greatness. She'd always listen to the bard's tales of the great Dragon Knights of Burmecia, and visions of greatness filled her mind. Despite the objections of her parents and friends, Freya enlisted into the Burmecian Military Academy, determined to prove that she could rise to greatness, regardless of gender.

But things would prove more difficult than she had imagined. She had no one to help support her. Her peers were always either chastizing her or hitting on her. No one ever took her seriously. Yet when it came to both written and field exams, she always managed to out-perform all of the other recruits in her class. However, her instructors would always nitpick at her performance, blowing any minor flaw out of proportion in order to demoralize her.

Then, one night, three of her fellow cadets attempted to have their way with her. She fought back, knocking one of them out, but the other two overpowered her. Then, when all hope seemed lost, a cadet from the Sophmore year cadets came to her aid, beating down the other two. He helped her to her feet and introduced himself as Fratley Irontail. She learned that he had been watching her field exams and commented how she was better than anyone else in her class. He offered to help her become better and to protect her from the others. She accepted his offer with gratitude.

During the years of training, she always ended up being paired with Fratley, and ever night after classes were over, he would take her into the mountains for some extreme training. The training Fratley put her through was far more difficult than what the academy put her through, but unlike the academy, he encouraged her every step of the way.

When the final grading came for her class, she had blown every other cadet clear out of the water. This did not please the headmaster, who ordered her to be cast out. However, the headmaster ended up being dismissed by his higher-ups and recognized Freya as the best in her class.

From that moment on, Freya and Fratley were an unseperable team. The performed every mission together with flawless results. ANd on her off-time, she would spend her time being around Fratley, going out on dates with him and simply enjoying life. And when he proposed to her, it was the happiest day of her life.

But her happiness would not be long lived. Fratley decided to go out solo to train and asked Freya to protect Prince Puck. Freya feared the worst would happen and pleaded for him to promise to return. He did, but he was unable to fully keep his promise. After some time had gone by, she began to seek him out.

She traveled the highest peaks only to hear stories of his heroism. She traveled the lowest vallies, only to find his footsteps. But one rumor nearly shattered her, a rumor of Fratley's death. Refusing to believe such news, she continued her search.

During her travels, she met a flamboyant and flirtatious man named Zidane. She'd regularly shrug off his advances, but he would help her out when she needed it. Then she would meet him once more in Lindblum for the Festival of the Hunt. Zidane was good, but Freya took the first place prize. Her victory would be short lived as news of an attack on Burmecia reached her. Zidane and Vivi followed her to Burmecia, where she would face those responsible: Brahne, Beatrix and Kuja. Beatrix proved too much for the group, and they were left for dead. However, Quina's White Wind brought them back from the brink.

The group headed to Cleyra where they fought off a small ground invasion, only to then be overwhelmed by Black Mages. Then, when all seemed lost, Fratley appeared, making quick work of the mages.

She immediately went to him, asking where he had been, what he had been doing for all that time. But his response nearly crushed her when he said that this was their first time meeting each other. Puck confirmed her worst fears whenhe explained that Fratley had developed amnesia. Then, Fratley fled after the short reunion. She came to her senses once more and continued on with Zidane and his companions.

In Alexandria, she would come face to face with Beatrix once more, but this time, the human woman seemed to waver on her loyalties. When Beatrix asked Freya for forgiveness, Freya replied that she could never be forgiven, but that she could do her job to protect Princess Garnet at any and all costs. For freya, making Beatrix live the rest of her life with that blood on her hands and all those deaths haunting her would be punishment enough.

Freya went on to battle Kuja and Necron with her friends, to save all of Gaia from the threat of Terra. Once the menance was dealt with, she went back to Burmecia to help rebuild. She was surprised to see Fratley, who had lost all of his memories, come up to her and ask her to help him. The two began rebuilding Burmecia together, and Freya spent all of her spare time with him, letting him get to know her all over again. Afterwards, he proposed to her, and once again, she accepted. The two were married on the same day as Zidane and Garnet, and in the same church.

Freya eventually gave birth to five children. Two of her sons went on to open their own shop. Her daughter Lilly became Queen of Burmecia, while her other daughter worked down at the local tavern as a waitress. Her son Robert, asked her to train him to become a Dragon Knight. She, along with her husband Fratley, put Robert through the same grueling training that Fratley had put Freya through all those years ago. When he graduated at the top of his class and became knighted, Freya's joy was almost as great as when Fratley first proposed to her. Her joy has since increased now that Fratley's memories have begun slowly returning to him, thanks to Doctor Tot and several of the Burmecian mage clerics. She still serves as a Dragon Knight as well as a recon specialist.

I have to apologise for not making any posts so far.

I'd intended to get one up last week.

Unfortunately I've been unable to focus on it at all recently. I've not been of sound mind this past week.

My character would be out of the way to begin with anyway, so I guess if this is still active at a time that I feel I have composed myself a post then I can join in (though I have to say that I may be quite overwhelmed with the pace that this RP is already at). If not, then I apologise that I haven't been active. I'd love to be.

Don't worry bout it Argor. Shit happens, that's life.

I tend to get overwhelmed the way this RP has been working, but I learn to work with it myself.

It may or may not be a mistake - fairly minor, if it is - but Annelise and Ricard should be in the room when Robert speaks.

Sir Fratley said:
Robert would wait until everyone that Annelise was able to get had come into the room, along with Annelise herself...

Well, just make your entrance into the room in your next posts as though you came in before his speech, that way it keeps the continuity of that post.

As Kevin and I had such a good talk on her inclusion :monocle:

Name:
Lucia
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Race: Genome

Appearance: A fairly tall woman of 6ft, she commands a fairly slender figure with a rather generous bust for her shape. She has elbow length dark brown hair and lightly tanned skin, with blue eyes and fairly gentle looking features. She keeps her tail in almost constant view, being rather proud of who she is and having no reason to hide it, normally wrapping it around her waist like a belt.

Job Class: Ninja Geomancer

Abilities: Stealth Magic and Geomancy

Personality: Fairly wild and loud the majority of the time, when she sees something she wants she makes sure she gets it, whether it's a person or an object it doesn't matter to her. Very confident and takes pleasure in teasing others in a variety of ways she tends to see life as something to experience than simply survive so she tends to explore every opportunity she can so as not to have regrets later, a fairly blatant bisexual who enjoys making timid people nervous around her and has a strong love of the ocean, as a former sailor.

Being fairly mature when she's calm she can come across big-sisterly to people and quite intimidating to others, she can be very defensive of those she cares about and doesn't hesitate to fight those who wish harm on them. Ultimately however, she is rather selfish, looking out only for herself and those that are most important to her, making others wary of her aid at critical moments.

Weapons:

Dual blades: A pair of curved elbow blades she holds in a reverse grip, quite lightweight and speedy with a very sharp edge. The grip is wrapped in tough leather while the blade itself remains untouched, ordinarily they are concealed in their holders on her thighs.

Daggers: Six daggers that are worn like a belt across her waist with three on the front and back, when used in battle they can be used individually as throwing knives or held in her knuckles as makeshift claws.

Crossbow: A metal customised crossbow with a second grip attached for easier aiming with both hands, it is made of metal and has a sight attached for long range shots. Fires basic arrows but can be used with other similar shaped projectiles, ordinarily it is worn on the back, over the cloak.

Grappling hook: A four hooked grappling hook used to latch onto loose foundations in structures to aid in quick movement, has a large length of rope attached to it for greater heights, while rare it can also be used as a weapon when the need requires it.

Armor: A tight black leather suit covering the majority of the body, showing only her hands and a modest portion of her bust. Over this suit she wears a red buttoned hooded cloak complete with a cape which keeps the majority of her body covered.

Bio: Being brought into the sailor business from a young age, Lucia was taught to fight before she even hit puberty, by that point her only means of staying in the crew was her ability to outmatch the rest of the crew. Growing up in that environment however taught her much of the precious things in life, making her protective of what she has and invasive of what she desired whether it be a person or a trinket it didn't make much difference to her.

On one such journey out at sea her ship got attacked by the Oeilvert military, shipwrecking her near Lindblum. In the recent war however, the Dragon's Gate was barring all entry so she had to make her way through Gizamaluke to find refuge in the neighbouring city of Burmecia, providing they let her in.

Guess who's back. with Internet!!! :yay:

Lucia is accepted Damon....and expect a post in here between today and tomorrow...

Are there any spots still available in the RP? I've got some downtime from college and besides guitar practice I have nothing productive to do so I'd like to participate in this.

Alright groovy, I whipped up a character for now, if there's any revisions that need to be made let me know, there are several ways I might wanna take it. Plus once I get a read of where everyone is at further things may be subject to change.

Name: Noah Atkasha Bestrald

Age: 18

Race: Human

Gender: Male

Appearance: Noah has an average(5'8”) build with a strong muscular frame, with a slightly rounded jawline covered by a very light beard. His eyes are hazel with freshly cut short blonde hair. He gives off an aura of strength, as evident by his calm and calculated expression and strong formal posture.

When ready for battle, Noah's appearance is nothing less than regal. With a whole suit of plate mail that shines a brilliant silver hue, and an elaborate cape bearing the emblem of Alexandria, he is a fearsome sight on the battlefield. Otherwise, Noah is content with an embroidered golden vest over a high-collared shirt, tight black leather trousers with leather shin pads, and knee-high brown boots.

Personality: Noah has a fierce sense of loyalty and a very professional manner. He abides strictly by a knight's code of sorts, dedicating himself entirely to any cause he believes is just. He is a selfless man, constantly putting others before the needs of himself, at the cost of his own reputation. Noah is also very reliable, as he is seen constantly striving to fulfill promises and commands from his superiors, his friends and his family, regardless of the request or the circumstances. However, he is very critical of himself, and takes failure incredibly harshly especially when it causes harm to others.

Class: Knight/Sword Saint

Abilities:

Sword Play - Techniques utilizing sword skills learned throughout the journey.
Draw Out - Abilities that augment either his allies or his own combat efficiency.

Sword Play:

Judgment Blade: Noah channels energy through his blade and slashes his word powerfully; though the attack is slow, it can break through armor and stun his opponent.

Dusk Blade: Noah channels energy through his blade and feints a downward slash, rather attacking with his second blade quickly in order to disorientate his opponent.

Draw Out:

Holy Emblem: While drawing all enemy attention to himself, Noah fortifies his allies with strength to instill fear into the undead, accompanied with increased effectiveness in damage.

Third Eye: Noah assumes a battle ready stance in order to anticipate the next attack against him, increases his evasion yet does not work against attacks with a large blast radius or spells.

Trance: Invincible: Overcome with extreme energy, Noah unleashes his true ability; unlocking advanced sword techniques and party buffs.

Auto-Ability:

War Cry: Noah's strength embodies a resound battle cry, instilling a boost of morale and strength into his allies.

Sword Play(Invincible): Sword Techniques passed down from advanced practitioners of the art, skills branded with the (Side-quest) label are made available after dueling a master of that particular weapon or if inapplicable during the story-line.

Vorpal Blade: Noah charges up energy into his long-sword and concentrates it into a blast that is forcefully launched from the blade towards his opponent.

Sanguine Blade(Dual Sword): (Side-quest)

Evisceration(Short-Sword): (Side-quest)

Chant Du Cygne(Long-Sword): (Side-quest)

Weapon: Noah wields a longsword accompanied by a short-sword that can be combined into a dual-bladed weapon for extra coverage at the expense of his attack speed.

Bio: Born to a low class family in Alexandria, Noah was the second son of his mother Alma Bestrald. His father was killed during Kuja's assault on Alexandria. Losing all they had, his brother, Vayne Bestrald, hitched an airship to Daugerro in order to find a job to support his mother. Noah decided to join the Alexandria Knights and quickly found himself fit for the job. His swordsmanship was met with high praise among his peers. However, they knew about his unprivileged upbringing and began to grow envious of his ability and silently scorned his every move. Not letting his situation get to him, Noah practiced harder than ever in order to prove himself not only to his peers, but to all of Alexandria down to the King and Queen themselves. With tensions rising between the nations and Oeilvert, Noah is anticipating the day where his abilities can be put to use. For his mother, and for the country.

Character Theme: Theme of the Empire

Battle Theme: Song of Solomon
