I saw a place on my world map and its name was WCA. I clicked on it and travelled there, but it said the above message.

For some reason the area is set to Visible(cannot be traveled yet). I guess when Tiel is done, he wants the area visible to everybody.

What or who is Tiel ?
Anyway, is that so important place ?
If so, what is there that has made it important ?

Don't worry, you'll be rushing to a early death if you headed there, so i wouldn't bother just yet.
