As we all know, Quina is the most original, unique and hilarious character in the whole series.

I would like to know what you all thought was his/her funniest moment.

Since there is so many scenes you can miss in IX you might not of seen mine, but i was just thinking about in Treno, where s/he jumps into the water going 'HUNGRRRYYYYY!!!' and the old man just walks over and shakes his head and says something like 'Tsk tsk, suicide....'

Or when Quina and Vivi get married in Conde Petie..

Quina: I so happy......

*pause*

Vivi: M-Me too...
 
Quina is indeed brilliant. My favourite bits are either Quina getting married to Vivi or in Memoria where he/she/it thought they were drowning.
 
Quina is kinda underrated. Or was, now that people started to notice how funny she is! Mostly because of her weirdness in everything she does. She is so marginal even to JRPGs I think!

That Conde Pettit moment is brilliant, and is one of the few moments we get closer to her. I love when she is hungry (and angry either) in Treno city, and when she tries to eat Eiko's Mog! So hilarious :lew: and when Quera scolds her because she is bad at hunting frogs LOOL

I liked it when he/she/it was teaching Eiko how to cook. :lew:
Other than that, there are a lot of funny moments, but none except for the above actually stand out in my head at the moment.

and then just beams aboard.

Imaging the random places Quina ends up because of Food.

And how Vivi always goes on about how he loves his Grandpa, how he took him in and was 'worried he wasn't growing properly', Vivi thought that was so nice, little did he know he planned to eat him all along :D

Quina: You say you have delicious food?

Four armed man: Huh, wha- Who are you??

Quina: I want delicious food.

Quina: "Is talking..."

Zidane: "Hey. Quina loves frogs, so you'd better watch out."

Quina: "Maybe I eat it...?"

Where he/she licks the stone in BranBal :lew: (One of the funny things about it to me is that if I were standing around bored in a place like that, I would probably do the same thing XD)

I actually liked Quina quite a lot, I was really happy to have him/her as a character, not just for the humor but because cooking enemies to learn their spells turned out to be extremely useful :D Twister was one that was particularly effective, and I know there were lots of others.

Thats one of my favourites as well, there's loads of times Ive just laughed at something Quina has done or said, Treno as well, where s/he's looking for food and jumps int he water HUUUUUUUNGRY :rage:

I don't know about funniest, so I apologize that this may not fit the criteria, but my favorite Quina scene period was the entire cooking bit.

I think it had a little bit of everything. When s/he walks in the kitchen taking in the aroma, and Eiko accuses him/her of trying to eat the food. Lol, and then he just starts breaking down all of her flaws, which leads her to believe he's a "helper from above". And the whole "always make more than you need" lesson is one that I actually pocketed, haha.

It was an all-around great scene.

Nevermind.

I thought Quina was not even close to being annoying, more in line with Caitsith
and more useful too, especially when you get the role specific Armor and Weapons fr Big Round: Gastro Fork and Gluttons Robe:lew: says it all really

Another place I like Quina is on the Air Ship named after the OP
in front of the furnace where S/he says something like:

"Ship have big oven".........Quina allover that line:lew:
 
Quina is hilarious.

I love all of the times s/he goes off and does whatever s/he wants, it's hilatious. xD S/he doesn't even really know what's going on, s/he's just along for the ride... and food.

Quina's one of my least favorite characters to use, but in the story... she/he's hilarious. :lew:

You'll have this super serious moment... then you've got Quina, thinking about food. XD My favorite moment is probably when she/he sees Cid as a frog and wants to eat him. :wacky: It's just... thinking of someone eating Regent Cid :lew: I don't know what's so funny about it but there's just something that is.

Oh! I love Quina and all, I think it's hilarious, but thinking about what it would look like if it was really kind of scares me a little. It would be some creepy, don't you think?
 
I think she meant me, not you.

I don't want to think about Quina in real life, it's too disturbing.

I would love to think s/he is all soft and cuddly, but s/he DOES live in a swamp, and with that massive tougne i would imagine him/her to be all slimy and weird.

And what the hell is up with his/her eyes?

WHAT IS S/HE?!!?!
 
18 posts and no mention of the four shrines part with epic dialogue between Zidane and Quina? wtf! I don't remember the exact dialogue so I won't butcher it, but it was pretty damn awesome, as was the rest of that sequence.
