Anyone else here a fan of the MGS series? i think there brilliant,the characters full of life interacting in a fantastic story also it has one of the best gameplay systems ive ever played on a game.
Personally i like MGS1 the best the characters in that game are all fantastic and the battles have so much tension especially at the end where you fight Metal Gear Rex and onwards to the end of the game.Liquid Sanke is such a brilliant character backed up by the best voice acting skills ive ever heard.eveythign Liquid says just sounds so cruel but cool.
As for the 2nd i like the gameplay mo than the 1st game there really evolved it in the best way possible also the Dog Tags give it great Replay Value.My favourite part is whee you have to dress u as a gaurd and go to find Ames , i spend hours on that bit its so fun sneaking and mucking around with the gaurds,somne of the new cast was a bit weak but solidus was a brilliant nw entrie but the events of MGS2 make it a very enjoyable game.
Now with MGS3 its a Great game which lasts 3 tiems longer than MGS2.the gameplay is more advanced,though i have a problem when a gaurd sees you it automatically goes on alert status,hile on MGS2 the gaurd had to call for back up when he spots you then it goes on alert.I like MGS2's way betterits seems more logical.but apart from that MGS3's gameplay is im proved in every way,for thestealth addicts hey give you a sweet selection of Camos to change intoalong with face paints, theres also the might sniper battle which is on of the best battle ive seen in a game for years.but then for the more whacky rampage players MGS3 have given you a new little toy,THE SHOTGUN.i love this weapon you just run up to enemies and blast them and atch there flying carcass fall down a mountain,one of the most entertaining things ive ever seen in a game.as for the story its fairly goods a bit weaker i think butstill good,i mainly dont like the start of the game with the vituous mission i found it a bit weak,especially on replays.then if you have subsistance you get a whole load of extras like the camera which boosts the intensity of the game,the old games Metal Gear 1 and 2,Boss fights and best of all an online mode

I find the online mode brillaint i think its only open to UK players now but its so much fun.sure you get annoying players and glitches and people who take the gam to seriously (which i find pathetic) but if i see anyoe like that on my team i sort them out
there are other games in the MGS series like Acid and Portabtle Ops which i havent had a chance to play yet but ill be buying a PSP later in the year so i think ill pic them up.
