Help Land of the Summoners Quest

Doing side quests in FFIV iOS where this guy in Land of the summoners wants me to find his 8 friends. I think i got 5 down, but it seems like i'm stuck on this drunk guy...

Can anybody point me onto the right direction on finding this pr*ck...
He mentioned that the the grown man is very lazy and most likely wont go above ground...but I've searched everywhere underworld and cant seem to find this guy...

Where could this guy possibility went to get his shots underworld? i thought about the dwarf castle's east and west towers, where there's so much rum, but he's not there >.<

This sounds familiar...been so long since I played the game. Did you search the Lali-ho Pub in the Dwarven Castle? There's a lone drunk dwarf/dancer...that could be him?

I have remapped the whole underworld dungeons, trying to find him lol...
