Sleepless nights
Haunting rites.
Apparitions of yesterday's past
Lingering silence lasts.

Eyes of great sorrow
Gives me saddened tomorrow.
The might of will fades
I can't sleep in the bed you made.

Some call me an insomniac,
But that's not true.
I'm just a romantic without sleep
And this pain hurts, and it hurts deep.

Some call me a hopeless wreck,
But that's inaccurate.
I say with sadness everywhere,
There is more than enough to share.

Some say I have insomnia,
And I tell them not true.
When asked how'd I get this phenomenon,
I tell them to ask you.
