I wish the Steam RE-Re-Release included NEW CGI Cutscenes! But the Steam version doesn't even have these ones!
This was the best quality I could get using ePSXe at 1080p with the highest bitrate possible!
I also uploaded it at full size without compression!

As for the graphical glitch right at the end of the video, I tried everything I could to fix it, and it didn't matter what I tried to do, it would always happen!
I guess that's what you get sometimes with emulation!
