Favorite Villains Outside Final Fantasy

1. Magus, if he qualifies: Mostly I am intrigued by his twisted past that is very intergal to the storyline of CT. Beyond that, is his way of fighting and talking that is very much different from the other characters in the game.

2. Dracula: Because of the history of the count is very complex and oftentimes confusing yet it always seems to interest me. There's a certain debonair savyiness that he exudes that mesmerizes even as he's preparing to rip open your throat.

3. Vergil: I like everything about Vergil--his connection to Dante, his motives, his style, hell I even like his hair! XD But most importantly of all, Vergil's personality, so cool and calculating makes for a very entertaining villian.

There are more but they ellude at this moment...Though to be frank most of the better villians DO come from FF...

Um..Seymour made the hero travel back in time to stop a tyrant's wara nd cause a genocide? Nope. Moebius has a point on him. In fact, he's probably one of the most cunning villains out there. Him and Pious Augustus be good together.

So..I'll explain mine now.

1. Solidus Snake- The most deep villain in the series only next to The Boss. His character is constantly in motion - going from you hate him to understand him to even not wanting to fight him. A villain to an anti-hero almost. He's explored so much in the game and has one of the best scenes in MGS history when he easily destroys three Metal Gears.

2. Voyager- A mass murderer who ultimately fails at his elaborate plot but is still rewarded with immortality and nigh-unlimited power. Hearing him laugh and his voice-actor speak is just too good.

3. Moebius- See my first paragrah.

People have the right to say who their favourite villain is, and if it's someone from FF, then you'll have to accept that.

1. Miror.B - From Pokemon Colosseum. He isn't really that evil, but he is probably one of the funnier villains to grace a game. With the afro in the shape of a Pokeball, and coloured to that effect too, and with his crazy music, he really appealed to me.

2. Team Rocket - The good old original villains from Pokemon. Tis a shame you don't see them nowadays in the newer Pokemon games. =/

3. Don't have a third one yet..need to think that over..

1. Scar - A Disney classic. I'm probably appealed more by his vocal ability, than anything else. His physical appearance may not be hugely different from that of the average lion we see in the film, but his colouration and stances make Scar quite the individual. An inspiration to other villains, I'm sure. He is the epitome of villainy.

2. Jafar - Another Disney classic. His snooty disposition appeals to me greatly (I'm sort of that way inclined, myself). The Royal Vizier of Agrabah commands great power and authority, and isn't afraid to flaunt it. Interesting fashion sense, to say the least. An impressive garb.

3. Vergil - I'm sure this comes as a great surprise...the afore mentioned points of this character stand valid for me, also. I'm also highly fascinated in the art of the katana, so that drew me in further. I loved the words and phrases he used in combat. Not that what he said, but how he said them. I also seem to have a certain liking for tough bosses in games, and powerful villains in films, and this guy is no exception. Nothing but love for this superb villain.

Barbossa - Pirates of the Caribbean. Amazing villain and he's deffinantly not someone you want to get on the wrong side of. He's harsh and just basically pure evil.

Davy Jones - Pirates of the Caribbean. Basically matches Barbossa, but still doesn't meet Barbossa's level. But still a great villain.

Scar - The Lion King. I have to agree with the above statement on Scar being a classic villain in disney history.

Um..Seymour made the hero travel back in time to stop a tyrant's wara nd cause a genocide? Nope

Um...what's this in reply to? Certainly not me for I didn't even mention Seymour...

Oh yeah, Davey Jones and Barbossa, ftw. I enjoyed both of them personalities immensely. ^__^

You all do realize this is a videogame forum...? But since it's been transformed to include any villain anywhere outside of FF:

Emperor Palpatine is a better villain than about...98% of all villain in existence. He's smarter, more powerful and looks good. Ian is a terrific actor who displayed him magnificently in Return of the Jedi and Revenge of the Sith and of course, his DarK Empire series showed him to be uber-strong.
