Crafting stats

when crafting with a tool like master pick it says you will get a bonus added to your weapon. But when i craft it there does not seem to be any bonus added to the stats can someone clear this up for me or am i doing something wrong.

it depends on the component u use (Ideal class) like if they told u large broad sword and use the component to create a large broadsword then u'll have the bonus

No, that's an Ideal Class Bonus.

He's talking about the Tool Bonus from the tool's scan screen.

A Dwarvish Axe claims to give an overall bonus of 70, and the Master Pick says 40. I've crafted several things with the pick, and seen no boost in stats, myself, so I'm wondering the same thing...
