Well, that's the problem. Square didn't elaborate the storylines that Squallsdead.com used as supporting evidence for the theory. Those storyline could be hints for any storyline, and apparently, Squallsdead fabricated so nicely such that it's believable.

It's a very interesting theory. I haven't actually finished reading it, but so far, it makes sense and it explains a whole lot of the sub-plots that just seem to be slapped on and have little elaboration.
