I am thinking about buying this book and was wondering whether any of you have read it. If you have please say whether you thought it was worth reading or not.
I think free will exists for the same reason as Pooley does. Would you like to think of your life as completely under the control of another. I certainly wouldn't.
I got Eragon and Eldest and I really liked the books, even if they aren't the best books that I have read. The movie, however, was, I my view, a poor excuse for a movie, and I just hated it.
I thought that Abhorsen was the best in the series. For me it didn't let the series down at all, it brought it to a close with an even better book than the two that came before it.
The Old Kingdom series is very good. Great descriptive writing, well made characters and well thought out story.

Necromancer is a good idea. A bit off topic but what about a kind of character that could draw health/mana out of the environment. Square would have to change the game engine though so that this character/class could be possible.
I also think they should resurrect the Vs series. I recently got MvC2 and SF:Alpha Anthology, and they are better than most 3D fighters that I have played. It would be good to see Capcom release an entirely new SF as well as bringing back the Vs series.
I believe that the Big Bang happened as there is quite a bit of evidence to support the theory. It is also a possibility that the Universe will at some point come crashing back together, in a so called "Big Crush".
