I've managed to fiddle around with some Japanese symbols and come to a part on this page where you can see each of the battles with the organization and, believe it or not, Larxene, Marluxia, Laxaeus and Vexen are BACK  .
I'll get up the pictures of these screens soon.

I just want to know how these organization members are back when you went to all the trouble of killing them.

they are just optional bosses because of fans wanting to face old org members in final mix
you can also face one of the knights (ES) and a data version of ALL org members which have 15-16 life bars each
so thats 18-19 new bosses

Yeah, and what will probably make the battles look better is the reaction command.
The one Sora did at Marluxia(this one move where Sora grabs his scythe and throwing it back at him) was awesome.

I'm extremely disappointed in Vexen's performance in a YouTube video I recently took to viewing. He just seems so horribly simple. But I love that guy. :(
Greatly looking forward to the Marluxia, Lexaeus and Larxene fights though. Hopefully they'll prove to be better than any Organization member to date.

all the com bosses are back as optional bosses which have to relevance to the storyline
they were put in because fans wanted to fight them

another disc that comes with kh2 fm which is a remake of the original gba version
But this time it is fully 3d and has voices and an extra marluxia battle i think
