The illusive world of Gulug was a peaceful and tranquil world. It was inhabited mainly by humans, however the humans of different nationalities had different skills. Yagyu, the most militaristic of the nations, was a former Ninja clan, and specialized in close combat. Yagyu defeated the Samurai nation of Kogetsu, and added Samurai to their immensely populated Military.
Mysidia, or the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place><st1laceType>land</st1laceType> of <st1laceName>Mages</st1laceName></st1:place>, had nearly every mage to their disposal, after the union made by both Black, White, and Hero Mysidia. White Mages, Black Mages, and Summoners were included in the military lists.
Cornelia specialized in balance. The famous Red Mages were loyal to Cornelia from the first Cornelian government. The newest discovered magic, Blue Magic, lead a new guild to be created. Eventually after a few years, the Blue Mage Guild vowed their total allegiance to Cornelia.
Wyvern is the last of the four great nations. It currently has the world’s strongest warrior, the dragoon. Wyvern has used Dragons to create the Royal Flight Squad, an undefeatable aerial attack division. Now war is at Wyverns doorstep...
Anaxagoras<o:p></o:p>
Anaxagoras Drake was the king of the dragoon country, Wyvern, during the wars between the feared Ninja Country, Yagyu. The Ninja Country had the world’s most powerful military force in the world—at that time. Yagyu started to eat away peaceful nations, creating a dominion of true hell upon the once free citizens of each nation. The Ninja’s benefited from this greatly, forcing Mages and other warriors into their own forces.
Wyvern was the next country in line of Yagyu’s dreaded assault. While Wyvern had the Royal Flight Squad, they still had little to no chance at being victorious. King Anaxagoras readied his allies for war. “We cannot let the dominion of Yagyu expand their empire with a victory over us!” Exclaimed Anaxagoras. “We will bring the inevitable down upon them! We will redirect their lives to that of the peaceful ,or, We will destroy them! There will be nothing but ashes left to be scattered in the abyss of Hell!” This speech made the people of Wyvern determined not to surrender, unlike the Surrendering Black Mage country of Mysidia. They knew that their king would fly them into battle.
Two weeks went by after the speech given by Anaxagoras before the Ninjas attacked. A long stalemate between Yagyu and Wyvern went on for two years. Here is where Anaxagoras became a legend.

Anaxagoras wiped the sweat pouring from inside his helmet. Heat and blood was all that was left of the Wyvern capital of <st1:City><st1:place>Geneva</st1:place></st1:City>. The Ninja Hero Zwill was leading a direct attack upon the city.
Anaxagoras stood inside a circle of Dragoon cadets that didn’t have any knowledge of battle. Instead of them saving Anaxagoras, he saved them. They had been attacked before their small break in fighting, and in that quarrel, Anaxagoras’ Spear was turned into splinters due to a large club used by one of Cornelia’ former Red mages. Anaxagoras however called upon his Mist Dragon, and vanquished the ninjitsu troupe.
Anaxagoras knew that he had to leave <st1:City><st1:place>Geneva</st1:place></st1:City>, the city of his birth to the ravenous militia of ninjas. His family was captured, and the Flight Squad was starting to regroup at Forber, a small city within what was now free <st1:place><st1laceName>Wyvern</st1laceName> <st1laceType>Territory</st1laceType></st1:place>, Anaxagoras planned for the unthinkable to depart from the skeleton of what was once the greatest city in all of Wyvern.
Anaxagoras ordered the Cadet’s to retreat and split the group of cadets into two groups. He told one group to go one way out of the city and follow one route to get to Forber. Anaxagoras joined the second group, which had fewer members, but he had them travel an easier route.
The first group left, trying to stay out of reach by the ninja’s grasp. Anaxagoras and the cadets assigned to his group left in the opposite direction. The dragoons basically flew out of the grand city, jumping left and right, over everything that once would have been a safehaven.
Anaxagoras stopped on top of a smaller building. All of the cadets did as well, following Anaxagoras’ lead.
“We’re surrounded.” Replied Anaxagoras, calmly.
“What?! Are you kidding?” Squeaked the cadets, who apparently had joined the military academy for educational purposes.
“No. I’m not kidding,” replied Anaxagoras. “Zwill! I know you’re here! Show yourself!”
“Heh Heh, Couldn’t keep you from knowing could I, King Anaxagoras?”
Zwill and many other ninja stepped out of the shadows.
“Do I have to even ask if you surrender? I have 1,000 men standing behind me that are of the highest obtainable rank within our country. And what do you have? Some extremely powerful team of three? Your guard, Perhaps?”
“If that is the case, I have a very weak and decrepit guard, Zwill. No, in response to your many Ninja Masters, I have three dragoon military cadets that have no battle instinct what-so-ever. However, they are good at doing one thing that master dragoons have problems with.”
“And what’s that? Jumping?”
“Nope.”
“Fighting?”
“Strike two.”
“Summoning??”
“Strike Three.”
“What is it, Dragoon?”
“RUNNING!”
The dragoons darted out of the city as fast as they could go. The cadets made it out, and noticed that Anaxagoras had not made it out yet, but according to their orders, they were forced to continue on to Forber.
Anaxagoras stood completely surrounded by Yagyu’s newly created military. Zwill started chuckling really loud at Anaxagoras, that had just sacrificed himself for a few Under-Trained kids.
“Ready to die?”
“That’s what I was going to ask you….” Replied Anaxagoras.
“Don’t get smart. How do you want to die? Public execution or death on the battlefield? I don’t care which. Even though it would be easier to win this war just to give you a public execution, and crush the hopes and dreams of your people, I’ll give you a choice. Which one?”
“……..Battlefield.”
“You know, I’ve reconsidered. I’ll give you the execution myself. Say goodbye to this world, your people, and their dreams.”
“I can’t let you do that.” Anaxagoras said, calmly.
“And I can’t let you get away. So, who will win?”
“Me,” said Anaxagoras.
“Really? Let’s see then. ATTACK!” Yelled Zwill.
Anaxagoras stood there, acting like he was ready to attack. In all reality, however, he was attempting to summon his Second dragon, the Komodo dragon, Dragon God of earth. Anaxagoras was ready for the onslaught. He would try to spare all of the non-ninjas or non Samurai, but he doubted that it would happen.
