I need advice on how to improve my vocabulary, it use to be that I would join an English where I learn about a lot words and sentence structureds but recently it feels as though that I cannot even understand simple words or their meanings. Not only that but it actually feels as though that I am "losing" my knowledge, I was never that eloquent of a writer and speaker anyway but I get my message across and I need to get my brain stimulated again. Do you have any tips for me?

I really can't say much about how to increase your vocabulary because i have just sort of picked mine up as i went. It really depends on what you are going to be using it for. I mean if you just want to expand it so you can use a larger variety of words in everyday conversation then it is a quite different then using it in your writing when you are penning a new poem, story, or whatever your writing style may take you. Honestly before anyone could really give you advice we would need to know which area you planned to use it in..
HOWEVER since this is a thread devoted to writers, i am assuming you wish to use them for the writing aspect of things. That being said, there are quite a few things you can do. Here are three that i have found to work though.
1. When delivering your message to your audience through poem, song, story, ect... it is always nice to throw in a few words that would possibly astound your writer, this you already know of course. So the best way to go about things would be to find a dictionary site somewhere on the web if you are on a computer (or a thesaurus if you are writing on a more tangible basis). Once there, type in the word you are seeking to find another way to say, and then search for a synonym of it. Do this enough and the words will stick in your memory.
2. If writting a poem, try using repition when using a new word. It tends to stick the word and meaning into your head. If writting a story or other piece of work, then maybe try using the word you want to use, and then undermind it with a slight definition after the phrase without being too direct that you are trying to describe it.
3. Read other artists work. Trust me, it helps alot when trying to grow your mental vocab sheet. Read other peoples poems or stories, and when you come across words you don't know the meaning of, look them up and implant them into your mind by repeating them a couple times. Same with a song from your favorite band. Listen to music a lot.. preferabbly music you can her the lyrics too so that you can here the words.
