Dream- My poem

That "Dream" (The Prelude)

The lone wolf has returned
back from the dream of you
the reality is no more
just a dream, painful but true

Things are never forgotten
despite whatever i say
for inside, the emotion is different
every night and day

Emotion i have no more
towards this evil life
emotion i cant feel
everything is in total strife

I spend my days thinking only
of the past of you and me
the dream we once had
of happiness, love and glee

Now i am someone else
someone living a lie
my love is well hidden
my love will never die

In the darkness i remember
whilst i sit and cry
the dream i want so much
that dream of you and i

Waiting For The Dream To Happen

Burning inside with violent anger
the emotion his pained me this long
it kills me not to be with you
my hidden love has never been as strong

You think I no longer love you
but how wrong you are
you are my world, my day light
my night time, my star

The burning inside will overcome
flames of passion control me
wielding my feelings as a weapon
wielding the emotion you cant see

Time passes slow
without you here
I care about nothing else
because you are all I hold dear

you are my reason to live
my reason to fight
please come back
and give me my light

I want you back in my arms
I want you to be mine
I want to see that smile again
from now till end of time

Its never just a dream
and I should have known
that in the beginning
we weren't meant on our own

All I ever wanted
was to be with you
I miss your hugs so much
do you not miss them too

Now my tears have fallen
my heart has had enough
I need your warmth
and someone to love

A Loveless Dream

As I waken from this sleep
dreaming only of you
I hold word to my oath
that I would stay strong and true

I would never forget
I would always forgive
despite whatever you've said
you are all I need to live

If its not your hair
its your eyes
that sets my heart off
why did we ever argue. Why?

I wished we had said nothing
so that we had never argued
cant things be the same again
if I could change thing I would

Each day the pain
gets lesser and less
all this emotion and feeling
just feels like a complete mess

Is this the end

as I learn to say goodbye
because I cant chase you
I no longer want to cry

I will never give up
I will just watch silent
and I will remember
just how much you meant

As I write this
I actually feel tears welling
you are the only one
that ever kept me smiling

I want to see you once more
I swear I will keep the oath true
I swear I will
I will save you...
