OOC: So no kills 'till Zeria and Arth get a chance to catch up? Ok, as long as everyone does the same.

IOC:
The perilous environment of these icy mountains were of no concern to Cairn, his mind was clearly set on the ruins of the ancient castle were he knew, somehow within his heart, that a fate altering event would take place. Alone, not a single soul present on the forest covering the surface of the mountain, Cairn could feel the cold in his hands and face. The snow fell slowly, gently, sweetly, as if pieces of the heaven were sent instead, carrying their holiness. Cairn stopped, the road he took to enter this path long left behind, he decided to take a moment to stare at the heavens. He sighed, closed his eyes and smiled, and felt as the cold winds somehow felt warmer, gentle and loving. Memories of his life flashed through his mind, memories of joy, and bitter memories as well. Cairn bowed his head, as if he were paying his respects to the mighty mountain. He soon opened his eyes and continued on his path towards the ancient ruins.

Hydra was awakened by the sound of footsteps, which meant that there was another hunter near. However, it was probably just his imagination, for he was badly hurt and really hungry. Or more likely, it was just a dream from which he had just awakened.
Wow, I'm getting all sorts of strange feelings... Is there someone there? Or is it a dream? or... I'm getting... visions?
Hydra shook the feeling away, and tried to get up, unsuccessfully. Suddenly, there were footsteps again... what might be it? Up to what I know, no monster in this hunt really 'walks', so then this must be someone, some hunter...

"Hey! Anybody there? Mind giving me a lil' help over here? Hello? Anyone...!"

Hydra struggled to move using his arms and legs, but still couldn't drag his body: he would have to wait for someone to help him. Of course he wasn't sure it was another hunter, but he could lose nothing for trying to get help.

*Necro Cloud was walking into the forest zone, and heard Hydracula yelling for help so he headed in the direction of his scream... He didn't fell like just dodging trees, so any trees that came in his way he just cut down... He reached Hydra, and he was apparently not able to move anymore, so Necro Cloud went over to him, and put his hand over his arms and legs... Apparently, the muscles in his arms and legs had been torn up, and he had no movement of them... Necro Cloud said to Hydra....* It seems that your muscles are all torn up, but don't worry I can fix it... *Necro Cloud put his hand over the muscles and used kido to put them back together... He took his hand away, and said to Hydra....* You should be able to move all parts of your arms and legs, but don't push it or they could all tear in half... They might be a little bit sore for a day or two...

Hydra now could move his limbs freely, but his main wound wasn't fixed yet: his back was still damaged, unabling him to move his back properly. With some help from Necro, Hydra laid against one of the trees that hadn't been taken down. Hydra could now see something different from that blue sky that was full with cotton clouds, just like an ocean with patches of foam.

What he now saw was a green paradise, only interrupted by brown bark from some trees and the colored leaves that danced with the wind. However, he could see all the shades of green, with blended with the rest of the forest, causing similar sights. Now he saw why people usually marked the trees to prevent getting lost, for Hydra had always crossed forests with his gaze fixed on his objective, dodging the trees and keeping his path as straight as possible. In this case, however, it wasn't needed, for Hydra could clearly see the path that Necro had used to reach him.

"Whew, thanks... Now what I need is some rest... then my body will feel just like new. Oh, and sorry for taking your time, didn't mean to delay you, making you lose your advantage"

(Sooooorry for not posting in such a long while. Y-Y)

Mizu continued to leap through the trees, looking for her partner. She felt the earth tremble. She looked in the direction of the wave of strength, and swung down to the ground, and leapt towards the strength. There she saw Jimmy, and all manner of monsters. Her eyes wavered over the troop of screeching and wavering monsters, and landed on a Grendel.

"There we goooo...." She put her hands in front of her, as a physical focus for her magic, and shot her hands out. A mix of wind and ice in the shap of a crescent went flying at the Grendal, and dug deep into it's skin. It snarled in pain and anger, and turned on her. Mizu whipped out her knives and sliced it twice before it could charge her. But the attacks alerted the other monsters as her target Grendel stood bleeding before her. She swiped her hand again, and a spattering of ice shredded it, and it went falling to it's side. Restless souls, thus released from monster form, went flying to the afterlife.

BTW, why hasn't anyone posted in here for ages?

IOC:

Hydra was sitting in the beach, but got tired of it, so he decided to get into the water. He was swimming slowly, until he was on top of a coral reef. He then detected a glowing spot just below. After diving in, Hydra tried to relocate the glowing spot. He saw many colorful corals, a few anemones over some rocks, and various species of fish. After a few seconds of watching carefully, Hydra found the glow again, and went towards it.
It was some kind of marble, but it felt warm to the touch.
Is this... 'materia'? No, such things don't exist... and even if they existed, they shouldn't be used...
Suddenly, Hydra found himself engulfed within flames, to which he dropped the red sphere.
Wow, so there can be fire under the water?
He let out a small smile, and grabbed the object again. This time, the flames grew stronger and Hydra felt himself burning. He felt powerful, he felt as if he had the power of the sun...

After a long and pleasant dream, Hydra woke up, only to find that nothing had changed.
"What the...? How long have I been sleeping?"

Rushing quickly to the gate with his backpack slung over his left shoulder, and his right hand firmly clutching to his steeple hat, Drakrul dashes quickly towards the entrance area...

It seems empty and it seems he might be too late, disheartened and quite annoyed he frantically searches for an official..

He spots a well dressed gentleman wearing a long coat with a badge with "hunter official written on it"

"Excuse me sir, Am I too late?" Drakrul hastily questions.

"No, not at all there are still some monsters around, but your so far behind now, I dont think it will matter....but good luck to you young un' " the official replies with a tone of patronism in his voice.

"hmmpf Young un?!?!" Drakrul barks, "Obviously you have no idea just how powerful I am" As he is finishing his sentance the ground around him begins to burst into flames and shake wildly..

"I think you want to be that way s-sir!" The official quickly remarks, pointing in the direction the other hunters have already headed...

With a wave of his hand Drakrul Changes form into His Waltz form (grows taller and sprouts wings) and flies off in search of the other hunters...

"well", drakrul explains to himself..,"If im too late to catch up, maybe a bit of dirty play will help even the score!" He laughs manically to himself as he soars towards his destination....

(sorry for the late entry, I do enjoy a bit of creative player RPG and would love to get involved in this one, hoping to bring an interesting twist to this tale

)

I think that this RP is dead Darkrul, and not only that you're meant to ask permission to join an RP in the sign-up and discussion thread before posting

I'm going to speak to the maker of the thread and ask if its dead
