I think that the main character is a prison breakout of somekind or something...too early to start guessing i think.

As far as I know, this game has no relation to FFXIII, it's a completely different story. Regarding the story, I believe it's a bout the fight for the "Final Crystal" and the un-namned character in the Trailer is meant to be the protector of it.

yeah i read somewhere that he was the last in the line of a family that has been protecting one of the crystals. and from watching the trailer i can see that hes one hell of a fight since he takes on the whole army that tries to get the crystal. should be a great final fantasy.

Now I'm confused I thought that versus was the same storyline as XIII but the evil guys quest story.. Now I find it has nothing to do with XIII.. jeez now I gotta buy two games...

This is something i heard its not about the main character its about a guest apperence.Zack from Crisis Core will be making a camouflage in versus Hope thats alittle bit helpful oh if ur wondering where i found this I think its was on a ffxiii site I forgot what its called though.Oh the little info i gave you I tried using the spoiler tag around it wouldnt work.Just to let you know the advent children team and the kingdom hearts team are making this game .

Yeah, the Battle System is said to be a more "realistic" version of the KH System, sounds cool if you ask me

i think all the new final fantasy that are upcoming are all connected in a way. Maybe side storys or something.
