Is Relm, Shadow's daughter?

In FF VI, the game has a feature that lets you view the dreams of Shadow the ninja. The dream story shows the events of two men, Clyde and Baram. One of these guys makes his way to Thamasa and leaves later on to become a ninja.

When Shadow does return, Does he recognize Relm as his daughter? Or is Intercepter the only one who knows this connection?

I think Interceptor knows that Relm is Shadow's child as he seems fairly comfortable around her and he also appear in battle when Relm is around. Also, it never says it directly but I think Shadow recognizes his daughter but just cannot remember it.
