I am playing the DS version of Final Fantasy IV, and am closing in on the end of the game. That said, I obtained the Augment called "Draw Attacks". I did a little research, and found that it would be a good idea to give "Draw Attacks" to Cecil, which I did. I was eager to try it out, so I assigned Cecil the "Draw Attacks" skill, but when I got into my next enemy encounter, "Draw Attacks" was shaded - I could not use it. I figured maybe it was not usable due to the enemy I was fighting, but in my next few encounters, I still could not use "Draw Attacks". Is there a reason I can't use it? Can anyone help me?
