Idk about anybody else, but I seriously wash my hands atleast a dozen times a day. I'm crazy obsessed with having clean hands and I try and always keep them clean.

Is anybody else the same way?

I'm not.

Over-washing hands, especially using sanitizer frequently, makes one more prone to getting sick because the body never learns to deal with germs.

This is perhaps why women get sick more often then men. Women are more apt to consistent cleanliness and being insulated from the elements.
Unless the woman happens to be a nurse. My ex is a nurse- never got sick. And that's because she works at hospitals and clinics where her immune system is constantly augmented from the germs around her.

Speaking of which, she also taught me that when you wash your hands, it's medically correct to have the hands pointed downward, separately, when rinsing. Interestingly, this is also the best way to get grease off of one's hands.

Yeah, being engaged to a nurse pretty much makes you a nurse
