The recent trolling and complaints about staff members in public is against our rules. This is to prevent any disruption in the community and for others who don't want to see drama occur on the site. Not only does it provide a negative environment for the members (both old and new), but it is generally just very disheartening to witness.

We understand if you have some concerns that you want to voice out, but please do so in a more tactful manner and take the issue privately with admins. Don't make a ruckus in public where others are prone to join in or frown at the situation. It would be very unfortunate if staff has to take further actions against several members who are going about issues inappropriately.

Feedback is always welcome, if done in a constructive manner. We understand that members will not always agree with a staff member's decision or actions and that there will always be complaints.

If you have a problem about certain staff activity that goes on in the forums, you are free to take it up to admins, and we will look into the issue. But bear in mind that depending on the gravity of the situation and what went on at the time (because often times misunderstandings / miscommunication happens), you may not get the results you were hoping for. This is not to say that we are not listening, ignoring anyone's complaints / suggestions or doing something about the problem. Send us a PM and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible and provide an explanation as necessary. If you have an issue with admins or how we handle matters, then please contact Lord Golbez about it.

But once again, please be careful with how you handle these matters, or it may very well lead to a warning and/or infraction, depending on who's handling the situation.

Reporting a User

Just a friendly reminder, reporting will be taken seriously from here on out. If you need to report someone, please give adequate evidence per why. We will take it into account, and then the person may/may not be subject to penalty depending on the severity of the rule broken and the evidence. If used improperly, the person who reported the issue, can also be subject to penalty by custom infractions.

If an infraction/warning is given due to any of the above, the infraction/warning will no longer be reversed. So please, report at the last resort. If it can not be resolved via PM, then we will be happy to help.

We love you folks, but just don't abuse the privilege. ;)
