Personality:
Elvire is a radical idealist. She is always a Paragon, helping those learn how to help themselves. She does not believe in holding out for heroes and as such, her ultimate goal is that when her people is in need of heroes, they can become one.

She can be sometimes introverted and rude, but she is a kind person and tries to mean well. Supporting the people of the Kingdom, even despite her views.

You know the drill. Specifically, what exactly is a "radical idealist"?

First Impression:
People think of Elvire indifferently, while she is a role model figure and a very exceptional leader, her ideals are radical, revolutionary and thus are popular with those who share these views, mainly those who want to overthrow the monarchy and establish a republic, while those who are indifferent to these ideals view her as a threat to monarchist way of life. This leads to her making a lot of enemies.

Almost all of this would actually help flesh out her Personality.

Elvire would be able to dodge semi-automatic fire at medium range

That strikes me as a bit much. I could see maybe the first shot. Maybe. If she's anticipating the shot.

However, with the armor, her reflexes and agility are reduced noticeably.

How much? To the point where she wouldn't be able to catch an arrow in flight?

Vitality: Elvire's Vitality is average, with an opponent able to do 65 out 500 HP from an opponent striking with a brunt object.

How is her defense against magic?

She could maintain this ability with consistent pressure (equivalent to a fire hose sprayed from a hydrant) for about 30 seconds. Elvire could also use the same breath and increase pressure to metal cutting extremes for about 15 seconds before tiring herself out.

Strikes me as a bit long. I counted out 15 seconds in my head, and it just seemed like a long time to hold that type of ability.

Glace Souffle (Frost Breath): Elvire can also use her ability to freeze the air around her, causing opponents to either feel the effects or freeze the enemy in place. She could maintain this ability for 30 seconds before tiring out.

On the flip side of the above notation, this actually seems about right time-wise.

Description:
The Felidian are a race of cat-like people. The race is mostly female, with a ration of 3 in 4 being that gender. This race has usually been one of the dominant races in the Southern Independent Kingdoms of the Eastern Osean Continent, particularly the United Kingdom of Sapin.

The Felidian are cat like people, they are bipedal and look like cats. They have a wide variety of eye colors like blue, green and red, as well as hair colors from normal blacks, blonds and browns to vivid reds, whites and blues.

In addition to that, they have fur covering their entire bodies, like a cat would, as well as a prehensile tail (that can hold the weight as it would a normal arm) and cat ears that allows them to hear even a whisper. Their eyes allow them to see in dark as if a person would see through Night-Vision Goggles.

In addition to this, they also don't age as fast as humans, as Felidians can live up to an estimated 300 years (though most don't live past 250 years)

-Culture:
Felidian culture is based on a combination of Sapino (both Imperial and modern) and Centrun cultures(not related to FF7) (which in RL terms is Spanish and Roman, in that order). They believe in a monotheistic God and are in most cases, devout Catholics, tied to the Holy Church in Centrum, a city-state of Ratio. They wear generally the same clothing as human females sometimes like fancy dresses and high heeled shoes, though some prefer the more traditional Felidian clothing such as tunics and long, cotton pants.

-Cuisine
Their cuisine is based on the current Sapino style, with most of their foods made from olive oil, and with foods grown from their colonies such as the Griswall Viceroyalty. However, Felidian Cruising also differs from that because of their consumption of fish and beef.

-Social Structure
Their Social Structure is equivalent with the humans who live in Sapin and other Kingdoms. Felidians have in the past been put into positions of leadership in the Kingdom, such as nobility, military and clergy roles. There are many mercantile Felidians who travel the world and sell wares from exotic locations (including places like the Usean Continent). There are a few of them that are peasants, but they are treated with contempt and not mistreated, unlike many Absolutist Monarchs.

Lucia has light blue eyes and white hair. As a Felidian, Lucia has cats ears and a brown tail as well as white streaks on her face. At 5'5" and weighing a little over 105 lbs, she has a skinny build and yet is remarkably fast and agile.

Attire: Lucia wears an outfit noted for Latin-styled Dancing. She wears a Crimson Dress Jacket with red ruffled sleeves, a Crimson and Red Mini-Dress, brown and Crimson three-quarter pants and red high heels with brown leggings. On her mini-skirt she has a green belt with a heart emblem on both sides. All of which are made with cotton.

Personality: Lucia is an enthusiastic character. She always look forward to good things happening rather than bad, yet she is also composed and stoic to an extent. She is also well educated and well mannered (having received an bachelor's degree in history at the University of Griswall), yet she's the kind of person who likes to have fun, and she believes the best way to do so is to dance.

She is also a member of an Assassin's Guild (with members including at one time Virginia Vineirno) and is skilled in combat and assassinations, but is more discreet about it.

First Impression: Most people think of Lucia as a skilled dancer and (to some men) a hot supermodel. Others think that she is cultured and can hold an argument on various topics. Her speech mannerisms can range from being serious or playful depending on the situation. All in all, she can get a mixed first impression depending on who the person is.

Strength: In terms of physical strength, Lucia is not really at all effective, having below average strength. An physical attack to a normal person in a non-lethal area would only do 20-25 damage out of 500 HP

Speed: Lucia is faster than most Felidian, peaking at speeds of up to 22 miles per hour. At normal conditions (usually 15 miles) she could run a mile in 4:30. Making her as fast if not faster than Olympic runners.

Vitality: In contrast to her speed and stamina, Lucia's Vitality, like her Strength, is below average. An opponent using a blunt weapon can do 85 damage out of 500 HP to her. An opponent using Magic would do less damage to her, with a mage's weakest spell doing as much as 65 damage out of 500.

Stamina: Lucia is capable of fighting an opponent for 8 minutes. She could also run at a top speed for 4 minutes. It takes Lucia 15 minutes to recover.

Fighting Style: Lucia incorporates fighting styles using Flamenco and Samba dancing as well as Caiopera, which she learned during her frequent visits to San Andreia. Both styles are essentially dancing styles that she has retooled for passive and active hand-to-hand combat.

Magic: Lucia does not know any Magic

Abilities:
Garra Del águila Del Baile
(Claw of the Dancing Eagle/Limit Break): Lucia uses a combination of Flamenco and Capoeira movements to slash and kick at enemies. It is a fast 20 hit combo that deals .25 per hit. If the initial hit is blocked then all others can be blocked. If the first hit cannot be blocked then it is impossible to block the rest of the hits. Costs 80&#37 Stamina

Baile De Hoja
(Blade Dance): Lucia strikes the opponent with an upward slash from her claws, followed by a sweeping kick to trip up the opponent. Costs 30% Stamina

Baile Pagano (Heathen Dance): Lucia performs a dance that reduces Magic power by 20% for all people within her range of sight. Due to her Felidian eyesight, this puts her range theoretically at up to 5 miles, but practically no more than a quarter of a mile.

Weapon: Lucia carries a weapon known as Rune Baghnakhs. The weapon has five curved Grey steel claws that is used to tear into the enemy. These blades are attached to leather and aluminum gloves which allows comfort yet durability when dancing. Lucia received these from Rectan traders who came from Clavis.

History:
Lucia Ramírez was born in the Aurelian Capital City of Griswall, her parents were descended from the Felidians Criollos who came to the Southern Osean Continent from the Kingdom of Sapin, and was still around even after the Aurelians became independent.

She grew up to become a dancer shortly after her mother, who was also a dancer, died of natural causes. Her father, a politician, was able to afford to get her through school and graduate from the University of Griswall with top honors.

Things changed when Jose Rosas became President of the Aurelian Confederation. At the time Lucia's father, Ricardo Ramírez, was a senator of the mountainous Nevara Province. Ricardo could not support the way he was mistreating the common people of Nevara, and there was fighting between their National guard and the Mazorcas, the national police force controlled by Rosas.

During a performance in Novara's state capital, Teragumi where her father was performing. A bomb went of that killed Ricardo and his allies, as well as severely, but not mortally, wounded Lucia, putting her in a hospital for a year. Including a 6 month period when it was deemed to dangerous to stay in Aurelia (due to her family relations) and was forced to move to a hospital in Rio de Feveriero, the capital of the San Andreian Empire.

During her rehabilitation period, she learned Capoeira from the slaves of the Empire, to the point where she could perform it well. She also learned assassination techniques and joined the Assassin's guild in San Andreia, at the time headed by a Human named, Mariana Lila e Silva (the descendant of Former San Andreian President Mario Lula e Silva).

She now heads back to Aurelia in hopes of ending the tyrannical rule of Rosas and bring peace back to her country.

Race: Pheonician
Pheonician, a race of humanoid beings with golden angel wings. They live mainly in the forests and mountains of the realm of Strangereal, (particularly in the Anean Continent) and a few do venture out and uncommonly has contact with humanity. Pheonicians can reincarnate if they die naturally, (ie natural causes or sickness), but not so the case if they die unnaturally (ie physical death/battle). They have an average lifespan of 150 years. They also have the ability to hide their wings to make themselves look entirely human. Other physical features include rounded ears and varying nose shapes and sizes like humans do. Pheonicians have circular eyes, but their natural eye colors are of tremendous range, making it somewhat easier to pick out Pheonicians from humans.

Nicolette has blond hair extending halfway down her back. Her skin tone is a pale white, similar to that of most humans. She has blue rounded eyes, as well as golden angels wings that span 1 1/2 feet in length. Nicolette has rounded ears and Nose, all Pheonician features. Nicolette is 5'2" and weighs 90 lbs.

Attire: Nicolette wears a white jacket with a blue trim on the sleeves and bottom, it is made of cotton. She wears a navy blue long pants made of cotton, and a white pair of shoes with blue trim on the top of the shoe. On her Jacket, Nicolette has a pair of sashes with the same white with blue trim design on her jacket. On the sashes are the Holy Cross, indicating that she is with the Catholic Church.

Underneath the jacket is a White T-Shirt with the Blue Trim on the sleeves.

Personality: Nicolette is a calm, peaceful individual and a notable healer in Erusea. The place she was born in. While she has moments of being ditzy and lost. She is compassionate and caring to both people and animals. She is extremely loyal to the Centrun Catholic Church in Erusea and thus is a reverant soul.

An optimistic at best, she always thinks positive and tries to find the good in people, even those who are not so much good.

As a Priest, she has earned the respect of most of her fellow clergymen and women. She received the title "Juene Filles des Anges" due to her race, as she is one of the few Phoenicians to live outside the Anean Continent. (Explained in the History) She has also earned the French of many who have crossed her path.

First Impression: When people first meet Nicolette, most people (typically Christians) think of her as a saint or angel descended from Heaven. Her politeness and caring, as well as her reverence to God and her work gives people who has never even met her, a flicker of hope in their daily lives.

Strength: Nicolette's strength is poor, however, due to her focus primarily as a Priest, this is subtly justified. She can do 20 out 500 damage using a physical attack on an opponent wearing no armor.

Speed: Nicolette, being a Pheonician, is capable of high speeds. She however is able to run at speeds for 14 miles per hour, and can fly at speeds of up to 25 miles per hour. In battle she cannot focus on a specific target at high speeds.

Vitality: Nicolette's Vitality is poor, as she can take 115 out of 500 damage from an opponent attacking her with a blunt weapon. This is made up for speed so that no one will harm her, however. It is also made up for having a higher Magic Defense, with Nicolette being able to take 60 out 500 damage from the weakest spell a mage can use.

Stamina: Nicolette can perform strenuous activities for as long as 4 minutes. However, since she usually serve in more of a support role, she does not have to worry too much above strenuous activities.

Reflexes: As a Phoenician, Nicolette's Reflexes are good, however, since she is not really a warrior, her reflexes are weaker than most, being able to sidestep and dodge attacks with good speed, but being unable to dodge bullets and barely dodging arrow fire.

Fighting Style: Nicolette, while not being a physical fighter, fights from range using her chakrams, wheeled bladed discs that act similarly to a boomerang.

Abilities:
Holy Judgment (Limit Break): Nicolette casts an incantation that causes the skies to clear and create a glow of light from the sky. From the open sky, A Pillar of light surrounds a single target and bombard them with white lightning. It does heavy holy damage and costs 80% of Nicolette's MP

Magic:
Nicolette, being a Phoenician, is able to recharge MP naturally. Her MP rate is usually 2% MP = 60 seconds. She knows the following spells.


Troiscicatriser (Heal 3): Heals a person from severe wounds. Can be targeted to other people. Costs 20% MP

Deuxprotéger (Protect 2): Shields an opponent from physical damage for 60 seconds Can be targeted to other people. Costs 30% MP

Esunissiper (Esuna 2): Heals a person from poison, blindness, or silence. Can be targeted to other people. Costs 25% MP

Deuécosser (Shell 2): Shields an opponent from magical damage for 60 seconds. Can be targeted to other people. Costs 30% MP

Sainte Trinité (Holy Trinity): Fires lasers from 3 Holy Pearl-colored orbs, does minor Holy damage but can be hit for as much as 9 times for .5 her normal damage per laser. Can be reflected back to the user. Cost 50% MP

Weapons:
Nicolette's weapons are a pair of unnamed chakrams (shown in appearance picture). These chakrams are are 6 inches in diameter and is made entirely of grey steel, with the outer edge being razor sharp for slicing at opponents.

History:
Nicolette was born in a small village in the Lambert Mountains in Northern Erusea. Her parents settled in the country after traveling in the Phoenician Pilgrimage. Although it is unknown as to what the original intention of the Pilgramage, it eventually led to Phoenicians leaving the Anean Continent in search of either glory in battle, riches or in the case of Nicolette's parents, a new home to live in.

The village in which Nicolette was born was highly Catholic, which at the time was the norm in the era. Nicolette was baptized and learned white magic from the Priests of the village she was living in. It was because of her decisions that allowed her to become a Priest. Because of her similarities to an Angel as well as being loyal to the Catholic Church, the Pope, Pope Benedict XIII gave her the title of "Virgo Angelus" (Latin for Maiden Angel).

Nicolette lives in the center of the Erusean church in Farbanti, serving to heal the people of her Kingdom in hopes of creating a better future.

I would put all this under Personality, and start from scratch with the First Impression. Remember, this tab deals with how strangers react her on first glance, etc.

Evangel has long, dark red hair that extends to the back of his neck, as well as light purple rounded eyes. His golden yellow wings extend a full 2 feet long and features a rounded nose and ears. Evangel stands at 5'6" and weighs 175 lbs.

Attire: Evangel wears a Black Longcoat with Purple Trim on the outside and is completely Purple inside. Over the Longcoat is a set of Armor made of Diamond and Steel, and thus is colored white. He wears a chestplate, shoulder Armor and Greaves.

Underneath the Longcoat, Evangel wears black denim long pants (the material used in jeans) and a purple shirt underneath.

Personality:
Evangel is a stoic loner, who tends to speak less and rarely smiles. He can be arrogant, and quite rude sometimes. There are some cases he can take his anger out on others people, usually those he is fighting against. However, underneath his jerkish personality, he can be a good guy who stands up for the little man. Though this is actually an act, because Evangel assumes that if he got close to anyone for fear of developing an attachment only to lose that person. (Explained in the history)

Despite this fear, Evangel is also a good leader in retrospect. Being a mercenary means he shows a clear mind and a sense of responsibility to get the job done according to whatever parameters his client wishes him to achieve. As such Evangel would make a good leader despite his attitude toward others and his issues regarding trust.

First Impression:
His jerkish personality has led to people calling him mean and insensitive, and his loner persona has tended to make things worse as far as first impressions go. People tend to just ignore him unless they planned on hiring him for a job.

Strength:
Evangel's strength is average, being able to strike an opponent for 65 out of 500 HP against an unarmored opponent. When augmented by magic (depending on the opponent's weakness) the damage would increase by .5 (for those with no resistance) to 2.0 (for those completly weak to that magic). If resisted, damage is halved, it would not damage the opponent, or the damage would be absorbed.

Speed: Evangel, as a Pheonician, is capable of speeds of up to 16 miles per hour. During flight, the speed is 45 miles per hour. However, when in high speed, he cannot focus on a single enemy at one time.

Reflexes: Evangel's reflexes are up to par with a Phoenician, being able to sidestep and dodge attacks that the untrained eye cannot catch. He has the capability to dodge semi-automatic gunfire with some ease and can catch an arrow from any direction within his view.

Vitality: Evangel has average defense, he can take 60 out of 500 HP from an opponent using a physical attack with a blunt weapon. Evangel's Magic Defense is also similar. With a mage doing 60 out of 500 using his weakest spell.

Stamina: Evangel has enough Stamina to keep fighting for 9 minutes, allowing himself to fight for long periods of time without tire. He can recover his stamina to full in 45 minutes.

Fighting Style: Evangel has two distinct fighting stances, both used for physical combat as well as magical combat.

Evangel's first fighting stance, has his blade in a reverse grip, with the greatsword behind him, allowing him to better channel his magic, yet giving him a more defensive capability by striking the opponent with a reverse grip style, and opening the opponent up for an offensive.

Evangel's second fighting stance is more inclined to offense, with his feet spread out and his blade pointed downward, almost like in Fencing. In this set, he uses swift strokes in conjunction with slower powerful strikes to hammer away at his opponent.

Abilities:
Infernal Suffering (Limit): Evangel strikes his sword in a downward slash, causing a torrent of energy to knock the opponent up in the air. From there, Evangel charges his blade with whatever magic he wishes to use and continues to slash the opponent upward before a downward strike that would knock them to the ground. Then finishes him off with 6 Blade Beams that converge and heavily damages the opponent. Any part of the move with the exception of the final attack can be blocked or dodged, and the limit will not be performed if the first strike is deflected. Costs 90% MP

Demon Spear: Evangel charges at the opponent and thrusts his sword at the opponent, followed by a small shockwave that knocks the opponent back 6 feet. Costs 30% MP

Aqua Spiral: Evangel shoots out several spheres of water that can do water-based damage on an opponent. Costs 45% MP

Hurricane Thrust: Evangel strikes the enemy with enough force that it creates a small gust of wind that deals Wind-based damage to an opponent. Costs 40% MP

Flare Tornado: Evangel creates a vortex of flame that is capable of launching enemies into the air. It deals Fire Based damage to an opponent. Costs 40% MP

Black Hole: Evangel creates a moderate sized black hole that lasts for 20 seconds, dealing Darkness and Gravity-based damage to an opponent. Costs 45% MP

Stone Blast: Evangel uses magic to levitate and throw small stones at the opponent, causing Earth-based Damage to an opponent. Costs 35% MP

Healing Wind: Evangel targets a certain area and conjures up soothing winds that heals anyone within a 30 foot radius of the targeted field. Costs 30% MP

Magic: In addition to using Magic to shoot at enemies, Evangel can increase his power by charging his blade with any spell he knows. The cost to use it is equal to the cast power for the spells shown, and is maintained by half the cost of MP per spell for every 90 seconds. He can recharge his MP at a steady rate of 1% MP per every 60 seconds.

Fo̱tiá: Fires one Fireball at an enemy. Deals Fire Damage. Costs 5% MP. Can be rapid fired

Neró: Surrounds the enemy in a Water Bubble and weakly crushes them in Water Pressure. Deals Water Damage. Costs 10% MP

Seismós: Causes a Mag 3 Earthquake. Deals Earth Damage. Costs 15% MP

Ánemos: Strikes the enemy with Razor-like Gusts. Deals Wind Damage. Costs 15% MP

Skotádi: Creates a small Black Hole that lasts for 5 seconds. Deals Gravity and Dark Damage. Costs 25% MP

Ierá: Creates 3 white orbs that shoots Lasers (up to 3) at multiple opponents. Deals Light Damage. Costs 25% MP

Other Abilities:
Cooking: During his many missions, he has learned and picked up some techniques and skills in cooking, as such he is a good chef and can make a well-made meal.


Weapon:
Evangel's weapon of choice is a bastard longsword known as Last Fencer. Last Fencer is a longsword made of 2 different steels, the inner blade is made of Darksteel, a Red tinted metal made of Iron and Dark Matter which is said to be durable and light. This makes up most of the blade itself. The edges are made with quality steel, giving it a silver color. On the Purple part of the blade there are rune markings, made in the ancient Ugellan Language, though they don't usually appear unless Evangel is charging his sword with magic. The handle is red in color and made of steel.

History:
Evangelos Kapodistrias was born in Zygos, Ugellas (at the time a part of the Suleymanic Delaran Empire). His parents came from Khesed Island shortly after the official integration of the Island into the Republic of Emmeria.

The Kapodistrias (originally the Kaporans) had hidden themselves among the population, since despite religious tolerance offered by the Delarans, was wary of non-human races.

When Evangelos was 17 his parents were involved with the nationalist movement calling for Ugellan Independence from the Empire, but was met with harsh and lethal force that eventually sparked the Ugellan War of Independence.

Evangelos, despite witnessing his parents death, continued forward, he courted a the daughter of his family's friend named Demetrius Ypsilantis, who taught Evangelos the way of the sword. Demetrius's wife, Mantos, taught Evangelos Magic and gave the young man the nickname of Evangel, or "Good Angel" because of his Pheonician heritage.

4 Years later, Evangel's hometown of Zygos was put under siege by the Delarans. Evangel and his adopted family fought bravely in the battle, but in the end, despite rallying the call to Ugellas's independence. Ypsilantis and his family were killed, devastating Evangel to the point where he began adopting his current personality.

Evangel continued to fight for Ugellas, while honing his skills in swordsmanship and magic, and serving in battles that most people would think he would die in, giving him the title of
Máchi̱ Theós, the Battle God. Eventually, his contributions helped in winning Ugellan independence in 532 SC, 11 Years after the war began.

Evangelos now works as a mercenary for hire. Serving the purposes of whoever decides to hire him.

-Description:
The Felidian are a race of cat-like people. The race is mostly female, with a ration of 3 in 4 being that gender. This race has usually been one of the dominant races in the Southern Independent Kingdoms of the Eastern Osean Continent, particularly the United Kingdom of Sapin.

The Felidian are cat like people, they are bipedal and look like cats. They have a wide variety of eye colors like blue, green and red, as well as hair colors from normal blacks, blonds and browns to vivid reds, whites and blues.

In addition to that, they have fur covering their entire bodies, like a cat would, as well as a prehensile tail (that can hold the weight as it would a normal arm) and cat ears that allows them to hear even a whisper. Their eyes allow them to see in dark as if a person would see through Night-Vision Goggles.

In addition to this, they also don't age as fast as humans, as Felidians can live up to an estimated 300 years (though most don't live past 250 years)

-Culture:
Felidian culture is based on a combination of Sapino (both Imperial and modern) and Centrun cultures(not related to FF7) (which in RL terms is Spanish and Roman, in that order). They believe in a monotheistic God and are in most cases, devout Catholics, tied to the Holy Church in Centrum, a city-state of Ratio. They wear generally the same clothing as human females sometimes like fancy dresses and high heeled shoes, though some prefer the more traditional Felidian clothing such as tunics and long, cotton pants.

-Cuisine
Their cuisine is based on the current Sapino style, with most of their foods made from olive oil, and with foods grown from their colonies such as the Griswall Viceroyalty. However, Felidian Cruising also differs from that because of their consumption of fish and beef.

-Social Structure
Their Social Structure is equivalent with the humans who live in Sapin and other Kingdoms. Felidians have in the past been put into positions of leadership in the Kingdom, such as nobility, military and clergy roles. There are many mercantile Felidians who travel the world and sell wares from exotic locations (including places like the Usean Continent). There are a few of them that are peasants, but they are treated with contempt and not mistreated, unlike many Absolutist Monarchs.

Alberta has short brown hair that extends only to the neck. She also has blue eyes. Alberta also has an oval shaped face. As a Felidian, she also has brown ears extending upward at least three inches. Another Felidian Feature is her tail, which is a light brown in color which get's darker at the tip. She is petite in size, only 5 feet tall, and weighing 130 lbs.

Attire:
Alberta's attire appears in a style similar to Arabic and Indian wear. (In origin, partially due to her place of birth, being in the Ugellan Coast, owned at the time by the Most Serene Republic of Eraclea.) Her garb is reminiscent of Delaran and Sudburian clothing, wearing a Blue sleeveless jacket. Underneath this jacket is a black shirt with white ruffled sleeves extending from the top of the shoulders to the bottom of the arm.

Alberta's wears a form of fingerless gloves that extends from the ruffled sleeves, these gloves are blue from the wrist to the bottom of the hand and black from the hand to the base of the fingers. There is an ornate design of a tiger on the top of the gloves.

Alberta wears a blue cotton pants and blue long shoes with intricate designs both on the end of the foot and the top of the shoe itself. She also wears a blue headband to keep her hair pulled back.

Personality: Cheery and optimistic, Alberta is the kind of person who tries her hardest to not let anything get her down. Her cheerfulness and enthusiasm makes her great when it comes to raising morale for her friends, family or people living in any village she appears in. (3-4) She also a nice person, and in rare cases, run into being overly apologetic.

Alberta's Cheerfulness is matched also by her stubbornness and playfulness. Once she makes a decision, she sticks by it, no matter what happens. She is also determined to win, and would even resort to pragmatism in order to do so. (1) Alberta is very playful, as she sometimes play jokes with people for fun. (2) When she is usually alone, she tries to think of the friends she meets. She is usually calm and sometimes docile on her own.

Alberta refuses to kill anyone innocent, but those that try to harm those innocent people or tries to attack Alberta she see's as fair game and would dispatch them with no regret.


First Impression: On First Impressions, People seem Alberta to be a nice and likable person based on attitude and speech. People find their spirits moved when speaking to her, and people can always count on her to get through with their lives.

If a person is open, Alberta would seem to like that person more, otherwise, some might think of her as somewhat rude and can infuriate a person over time.

Strength:
Alberta's physical strength is average at best, being able to do 65 out 500 damage to an unarmored opponent. Her Magical strength is actually better, being able to do 90 out 500 to an opponent with a moderate level spell.

Speed:
As a Felidian, Alberta's speed is high, ranging at speeds of up to 20 mph. She can run a mile in about 4:45.

Stamina:
Alberta has average endurance for a Felidian, being able to last in battle for 7 minutes before tiring herself out.

Vitality:
Alberta's Defense is also average both in physical and magical sets, being able to take 60 out of 500 from a weak physical attack from a blunt object and 55 out of 500 from a mage's weak magic spell.


Reflexes:
Like any Felidian, Alberta has good reflexes, being able to dodge or catch an arrow with ease. Her reflexes make her hard to hit even in close range unless the opponent was equally as fast or greater than that.

Fighting Style: Alberta's fighting style is based on a more direct line of combat. She prefers to attack the enemy from multiple angles of attack using various abilities she has learned (see Abilities). As far as close range combat goes, Alberta is primarily defensive, hoping to uncover weak spots to exploit when facing an opponent.

Abilities:

Power Absorption: Alberta has the ability to absorb the powers, talents, and knowledge of humans and beasts alike by contact through her hands. While she can control how power she absorbs through thought, the power that her abilities has depends on how much power is absorbed. The abilities Alberta absorbs is permanent. It is very hard to absorb abilities from sapient beings (ie, humans, elves, moogles, etc) than it is with monsters.

Prolonged Absorption (calculated on level of stamina) can weaken the person through loss of Health, Mana and Stamina. After an extended period of time (depending on level of Stamina, around 3-20 minutes) it may be fatal.

(NOTE: I already know the stipulation, thought about it, and decided to go ahead with the idea)

Weapon:
Alberta carries a broadsword known as "Dragon Slayer". The sword is a high quality white steel blade with an ornate bronze hilt. On the 1 foot-long blade are runic markings, written in the ancient Ugellan language that translates to Dragon Killer. The weapon was said to be used to kill multiple dragons in the past. How Alberta was able to acquire the sword has been and still is currently unknown.

Magic:
Alberta's magic is known as Blue Magic and it consists of the abilities of humans and beasts. It ranges from Generic to some people would consider to be outlandish to the outright bizarre.

Metallic Body: Alberta uses a Magical ability that toughens the muscles in her body until they become as dense as steel. In doing so, her physical defense is tripled and her attack power is increased by 50%. However, it reduces Alberta's speed by 66%. The ability lasts for 30 seconds plus 5 seconds per 1% MP. Costs 10% MP

Hydro Shot: Alberta creates an 4-inch orb of water that is cupped in both hands to side as it is being charged with water magic. Once fully charged, Alberta positions her hands in front and the water orb is shot from her hands, traveling at speeds of up to 35 mph. The attack deals water-damage and is capable of knocking an opponent back. Costs 35% MP

Superkick: Alberta launches a roundhouse kick to the face of the opponent. Costs 2% MP

History:
Alberta Alessandra Colli-Marchi was born in De Baia di Ancoraggio Testa (The Bay of Anchorhead), in the Patran region in Southwestern Ugellas, under control by the Most Serene Republic of Ugellas. Her Great Grandfather came into the region from Eraclea during the Usean Crusades and was trained in the art of Blue Magic during his service as an ambassador to the Timurid Altooran-Merition Empire (and later the Safavid Sudburian Empire)

This involved the use of absorbing a mineral known as Cobaltstone, a stone with very high magical properties, and one of more safer ways of allowing the body to absorb power. It also helped that once the stone is absorbed, the person's descendents also recieve that ability as well.

These lessons were passed down from generation to generation as the family adopted the Colli-Marchi name and lived in the Patra region of Ugellas.

Alberta, the next in line of the family, would learn her Blue Magic skills as well as the power to absorb abilities through her mother, an accomplished Blue Mage for the Eracleans.

After learning as much as she knows from her mother, Alberta decided to walk the Earth and learn as many abilities as she could. Her mother originally against the idea, finally accepted the decision and wished her off on good graces.

She travels the world in to find new people and continue to learn new abilities.

Appearance:
Juan has Long Black Hair extending to the shoulderblades, which is tied in a ponytail. He also has Brown oval eyes. He is 5'7" and weighs 220 lbs. His face is also rounded and nose is pointed. Juan is Caucasian. Having done some rigorous training, he has a bodybuilder like physique, being very muscular.

Attire: He is equipped with the standard Dragoon armor. That being a purple chestplate and Arm armor (which covers the shoulders, upper arm and lower arm with a flexible point at the elbow) with a spike jetting out of the shoulder armor at the center of the shoulder, coming out at 45 degree angles.

His Leg Armor covers his Upper Legs, Lower Legs and Feet, and is also colored in Purple. This plate armor is made of Darksteel, a reddish-purple tinted metal made using the fusion of Iron and Dark Matter, giving the armor a reddish tint, which is then painted in purple. The armor is lightweight yet durable, and can withstand attack.

Personality: Juan is proud of his country, both the Kingdom of Sapin where he was born in and the colony where he was raised, as such he is dedicated to the cause and the glory of the Sapinish Empire, the so-called, "Empire for which the sun never sets."

Juan does worry about his soldiers under his command and wishes the best for all of them. He is a dedicated officer and a gentlemen, and would strive to see that his men are properly fed, equipped and ready for battle. Some people believe this is akin to Juan being more like a father figure to his men than some pushy authority figure, however it works.

He strives to achieve his goals first and foremost. He is a simply a hard working man who wishes to achieves his goals and advance forward in the society of the colonial state.

First Impression: The soldiers under his command think of John as more of a older brother archetype than that of a pushy authority figure. It is because of this that he seems more likable among the people who serve under him.

Among the civilians, he a dually loyal man to his country, right or wrong, while that has earned him the support of many of the populists, extremists or independents find him intolerable.

Strength:
Juan has relatively decent Strength, being able to use his strength to take on two men yet still manage to hold his own against them. A normal swing with his lance would deal 70 out of 600 HP to an opponent wearing no armor.

Speed:
Juan is relatively fast by average human standards, being able to run at least 7 mph with full armor on. Without the armor, his speed increases to about 8 mph.

Stamina:
Juan has relatively average endurance, being able to hold his own in a fight at maximum power for 4 minutes. He can stretch this to about 6 minutes when fighting only at 80%. Because of this, he usually fights in a more shock-value type of combat.

Vitality:
Juan has decent vitality. He can take 55 out of 500 from an opponent attacking him with a blunt object. His Magical Defense is actually lower. Juan can take 75 out of 500 from a mage who uses the weakest spell on him.

Reflexes:
Juan's reflexes are average compared to other humans. While he can dodge sword swings and blunt objects with some difficulty, he cannot dodge any projectiles like arrows and muskets.

Weapon: Juan carries a Spear known as the "Crux Spear." The spear is made of bronze, complete with a removable bronze blade for close quarter combat. Both pieces are crafted with designs similar to Sapin, while the weapon seems dissimilar to Ugellan city-state technology. It is lightweight and makes an effective weapon against steel weaponry.

The blade is roughly the size of a dagger, about 6 inches long, while the staff portion itself is roughly as tall as John, about 56 inches from top to bottom, with a 1 1/2 inch diameter.

Fighting Style:
Juan is quick with his staff. Due to the blades design, it is used mainly for thrusting, although it can be used as a slashing weapon as well.

Juan uses mainly thrusting and slashing. Due to his use in more of shock and awe, his attacks can range from powerful yet slow, like thrusting, to swift yet weaker slashes. His jumping ability also allows him to launch himself up and thrust downward putting his weight to his weapon.

Abilities:
Wind Slash: Juan uses his Spear to conjure waves of Air that can slice through rock with ease. Deals Wind damage. It costs 20% MP

Nueva Caída de Vida (New Life's Fall): Juan jumps high into the sky and thrusts the spear using all his weight downward at a single target. Costs 10% MP

Magic:
Juan does not know any magic.

History:
Juan was born in Arlon, in the Kingdom of Sapin, but moved when he was 6 months old to the Sapinish Colony of Nueva Constantina, one of the colonies that made up the Nueva Esapnan Empire.

His father, Albion, was one of the ministers of the Nueva Constantina, ruling from da Puerta Madera. As a soldier of the King's armies in Southern Osea. He led the cause against Emmerian, Erusean and Fatoan Raiders into the region, as well as fattempt to break the deadlock in the Adamas Islands, of which several of the islands were ruled by Emmeria, Erusea, Fato and Sapin (of which a majority are independent, but some are owned by Osea, Fato, Emmeria and Erusea today)

His duty and the place of where he was raised gave him the nickname " Southern Cross" named after the constellation Crux can be seen in the night sky.

His goal is to one day become viceroy of the Sapinish-held Osean colonies, and lead them into a bright and glorious future.

Define "weaken". Lowered strength? Speed? Stamina? Does it sap their HP?

I realize that I will have to approve the magic before I can add it. I will have to get the green light from the person who created the character as well.

For Vitality and Stamina: Was following the old format (since I was referencing my older characters) so it is fixed (along with Strength since the Vitality part was in there)

For Personality: Questions 1 and to an extent 3 and 4 were already answered (and I've labeled them as well) the rest of questions are already answered.
