Personality: Virginia is a carefree Felidian who believes in looking out for herself and her friends. Virginia does care for her friends, and sometimes would do what she can to help them in any situation. She is a ladylike thief, she is willing to conform to the social norms if necessary. Virginia is willing to steal something or from someone if it is worth stealing. She is also very cultured, having knowledge of plays and music.

As always, more is better. And this ---> "She has no qualms about killing people, and is not afraid of striking to kill. She likes to play mind games with her opponents however, in an atempt to confuse or annoy her opponents." ... is the type of stuff that I'm looking for to expand her personality.

Steal: Virginia can steal an item from her opponent and can use it at any time. The item stolen can depend on what the enemy has on her person.

How does she do this? How successful is it? Can she be found out mid-swipe?

Changes are good, but go into detail about how the Steal ability works. Walk us through how she would steal something from an opponent.

-Description:
The Felidian are a race of cat-like people. The race is mostly female, with a ration of 3 in 4 being that gender. This race has usually been one of the dominant races in the Southern Independent Kingdoms of the Eastern Osean Continent, particularly the United Kingdom of Sapin.

The Felidian are cat like people, they are bipedal and look like cats. They have a wide variety of eye colors like blue, green and red, as well as hair colors from normal blacks, blonds and browns to vivid reds, whites and blues.

In addition to that, they have fur covering their entire bodies, like a cat would, as well as a prehensile tail (that can hold the weight as it would a normal arm) and cat ears that allows them to hear even a whisper. Their eyes allow them to see in dark as if a person would see through Night-Vision Goggles.

In addition to this, they also don't age as fast as humans, as Felidians can live up to an estimated 300 years (though most don't live past 250 years)

-Culture:
Felidian culture is based on a combination of Sapino (both Imperial and modern) and Centrun cultures(not related to FF7) (which in RL terms is Spanish and Roman, in that order). They believe in a monotheistic God and are in most cases, devout Catholics, tied to the Holy Church in Centrum, a city-state of Ratio. They wear generally the same clothing as human females sometimes like fancy dresses and high heeled shoes, though some prefer the more traditional Felidian clothing such as tunics and long, cotton pants.

-Cuisine
Their cuisine is based on the current Sapino style, with most of their foods made from olive oil, and with foods grown from their colonies such as the Griswall Viceroyalty. However, Felidian Cruising also differs from that because of their consumption of fish and beef.

-Social Structure
Their Social Structure is equivalent with the humans who live in Sapin and other Kingdoms. Felidians have in the past been put into positions of leadership in the Kingdom, such as nobility, military and clergy roles. There are many mercantile Felidians who travel the world and sell wares from exotic locations (including places like the Usean Continent). There are a few of them that are peasants, but they are treated with contempt and not mistreated, unlike many Absolutist Monarchs.

Hendrika has reddish-purple colored eyes and lavender hair. As a Felidian, she has cat ears and a brown cat's tail as well as brown streaks on the sides of her face. She is light brown in color. The Felidian is 5'4" and weighs 110 lbs. She is, like all Felidians, of slender build and is remarkably fast.

Attire:
In the way of clothing, Hendrika wears a golden yellow Qipao, the Qipao she wears comes from Verusan traders who came to the Eastern Osean Continent. In addition to the Qipao, Hendrika has a golden cloth gauntlets and greaves, which are made from mythril, said to be as smooth and as light as silk, but can be tough as a dragons skin, this makes Mythril be able to provide Hendrika with a decent, though not powerful, defense against bladed weapons without lacerations.

Personality: Hendrika is disiplined, kind, personable and good with children. She is a caring individual who would protect her friends from harm. However she is reluctant to fight anyone, instead using words to try and diffuse the situation. However, when there is no other choice in the matter, she would resort to violence. Despite her disipline, she is not afraid to kill to achieve peace and will resort to killing if necessary.

First Impression: When people see Hendrika. They think of her as a martial arts master. A person who would teach others important things and faults that a person would have. People think Hendrika has an air of grace, a true lady of war. This is because of how she acts (see personality) and how she talks (in an elegant yet, meaningful mater, Though in reality it is subverted, she never fought in war, though is trained as such). Some people may not understand what she is saying though, due to her accent (which is similar to a Dutch-styled accent.)

Strength: Hendrika, is not a powerful combatant, primarily due to her passive fighting styles that prevent an agressive style of combat. Hendrika's punch against a physical opponent will do at least 20 out of 500. She is however, well capable of defending herself. An opponent doing a punch on Hendrika would do only 25 out of 500 and an opponent using a club or similar sized blunt object only 60 out of 500.

Speed: Hendrika, as a Felidian, is capable of running up to speeds of 16 mph. She is capable of running a mile in 5.25 minutes. Hendrika can maintain her top speed for at least 3 minutes before being to tired to run.

Reflexes: Hendrika has enhanced reflexes like many Felidians. She is capable of dodging projectile fire like pistols (firing rounds at speeds of Mach 2) to a degree, as it takes a high enough concentration to effectively dodge such firepower. Hendrika is also capable of dodging arrow bolts (traveling at speeds close to 150 mph, estimated) from medium range (about the maximum range of a pistol, about 35 yds) with ease. Hendrika is also capable of using her reflexes to her advantage, catching an opponent off guard.

Endurance: Hendrika is capable of exerting herself (either by running or by light combat, full combat would probably limit herself to about 5 minutes) for 10 minutes before she finally tires herself out. She has enough stamina to take on multiple opponents without tire. (She can recover her stamina within 10 minutes herself)

Fighting Style: Hendrika's fighting style is largely passive. Her fighting style is a combination of Tai Chi Chuan, Aikido and Kickboxing. She uses Tai Chi's light strikes (mainly pushes and some empty palm strikes) with the heavy strikes from kickboxing and Aikido's grappling to ensure that the opponent goes down without having to resort to lethal force.

Magic: Hendrika does not know any magic. She has the ability to use ki, which is the natural force that focuses on balance. Unlike regular magic. Ki can only be recovered by time. (at 10% an hour). Unlike most Martial Artists, Hendrika doesn't use Ki to enhance her physical strength, but rather, uses it to heal.

Weapons: Hendrika does not use any weapons, prefering to use her hand-to-hand combat ability.

Abilities:
Chakra: By focusing her Ki towards her wounds, Hendrika could heal herself as efectively as a base level Healing spell that could heal some minor cuts and bruises, only major thing would heal is a small laceration. The effect is almost immdiate, with a charge time of about 3 seconds. She could channel her Ki to heal other people as well and it would heal with the same result. (it could heal up to 1/6 of her health). The cost of this ability is 25% of her Ki.

Ki Wave: Hendrika could focus her Ki to her hands. She can then fire an invisible blast of Ki that can be used to incapacitate (ie. Knock a person unconscious) an opponent without considerably damaging him or her (about half the damage of a single punch or 10 out of 500 to a target). It cost 20% of Hendrika's Ki. It is dodgeable, (usually by sidestepping)but is very difficult to do so, due to the fact that the attack is hard to see.

History:
Hendrika was born in Brunies, in the Batavia region, one of three regions that make up the Fato Confederacy. Her mother was a martial artist who learned her skills from Monks in Verusa.

When Hendrika was young, she learned these Martial Arts skills from her mother, who often told her to use her skills in self-defense. At one time she did not heed her mother's warning and went ahead and use them for personal gain.

This would go on to bite her in the butt when Hendrika used her skills for a exhibition match in a Underground Arena where she would fight under the moniker of the Killer Queen, due to her outstanding bout record at the time (15-0 7 KO and 8 Kills). She was facing a masked Felidian warrior in the match to the death. After a long bout, which saw plenty of close calls and brutal strikes. Hendrika killed the masked Felidian, but when she unmasked the opponent, she was shocked and surprised when she realized she killed her own mother.

Shocked and scared at what she had done, she initially stopped using her martial arts, but after months of convincing from her friends, gotten back into Martial Arts, but not to use the same lethal force that claimed her mother's life.

She now has moved on, but with all the life lessons she had learned, she wanted to share her knowledge with as many people as possible, and so, she travels the world to do so.

Name: Aurelius Angevin (Aurelius III)

Title: Prince (later King) of Gracemeria (later Emmeria)

Appearance:
Aurelius has short silvery-white hair and dark blue, ovaled eyes that is said to be the same color as the Anean Sea. He is 6'2" and weighs 230 lbs. His nose and ears are rounded. His menacing size, a trait all men seem to possess in Gracemeria's (and later, Emmeria's) Angevin dynasty.

Attire:
When not in battle, Aurelius wears a fancy set of robes made from the finest Silk brought by traders from the Verusan Empire. The robes is made of two colors, white down the front and a royal blue on the sides and back. He also wears a crown made of white gold and ornated with several diamonds and rubies.

When in battle (which is usually most of the time) he wears a blue chainmail shirt and pants as well as a set of gold plated armor on his torso, shoulders and legs. The front of the chestplate is ordained with the Emmerian Star, a 8 pointed star symbol shaped like an ancient compass (shown here).

Personality:
Aurelius has the traits of a Wise Leader: Kind, honorable and well intentioned, though has the aura of sadness and melancholy surrounding him. His primary concern is the safety and welfare of his people, who has always been in constant attack by his neighbors for years. While he is a skilled fighter he does not like fighting, but he had to do as he must to protect his people and his kingdom.

This however, does not stop him from being hot blooded, as he does not like having his friends treated with less respect than he is.

First Impression: People think that despite his air of sadness, Aurelius is a good leader who spends most of his time and savings on his people, giving his subjects the best at what he can do. Because of his royal upbringing, he speaks in an English accent, and has excellent mannerisms.

Strength: Aurelius is highly physical, doing moderate damage to opponents in combat. He can hit an opponent and deals 100 out of 500 damage to opponents with no armor using his sword. His defense is also relatively decent, he can take 55 out of 500 when someone attacks Aurelius with a blunt weapon. (with armor)

Speed: Aurelius is now very fast due to his strength and height. He is capable of running as fast as 8 miles and can run at that speed for 5 minutes. He can run a mile at around 8 minutes, not an impressive time to cover a mile.

Reflexes: Aurelius has regular reflexes for a person of his physical stature, he is able to dodge anything if it were slow and he could see it.

Endurance: Aurelius's endurance is not very impressive. He can actively fight or do sturneous activities like running for about 5 minutes before tiring out. It will taking him 10 minutes to recover.


Fighting Style: Aurelius's fighting style relys on using his defense and channeling his defense into an offense. This involves the use of blocking and deflecting against an opponent followed by immediately counterattacking. While this proves effective in the short run, it's only ineffective against mobile opponents since this style of combat is not mobile enough.

Weapon:

Aurelius's weapon is known as the Sword of Gracemeria. This trademark weapon had always passed down to the Crown Prince of Gracemeria and is also used by the King until he bears a son. The sword was passed down to him from his father, King James II of Gracemeria. It has a wavy shape and unlike many swords, the blade is composed mostly of diamond with some steel added to give the blade more strength. Because of this, the blade is white and translucent.

Magic:
Aurelius, being a Paladin, has the following magic set:
-Helen (Heal in Middle English): Heals himself or another person for approx. 25% of the Maximum Health (depending on Max Health) Costs: 20% MP
-Energy Shield: Creates a Barrier of Magical Energy around himself or another person, cutting damage from physical attacks by half for 30 seconds. Is unbreakable. Cost: 25% MP
-Magic Shield: Creates a Barrier of Magical Energy around himself or another person, cutting damage from magical attacks by half for 30 seconds. Is unbreakable. Cost: 25% MP

History: Aurelius was born to King James III and his mother Mary to the house of Angevin. He lived a good life, protected by his family. He also made newfround friends including his future guardian, Ellie Amadeus.

However when Aurelius turned 18, The Kingdom of Gracemeria was under constant attack by the ever expanding Khesed Empire. Constant warfare with the two Kingdoms had led to the Kingdom (and more specifically, the city itself) brought into a state of disarray. His parents were killed in a raid on the city, and Aurelius survived thanks to the skills of his friend Ellie.

Now Aurelius becomes king, and must now travel around Anea to find allies to help in the battle against the Khesed Empire.

On your shield spells, how long does the shield last? Can it be broken through? If so, how?
 
What's a bastard sword??? (No seriously -__- ) but in any case it is a 2 handed sword.

As for Heal, it is too generic, but I got nothing considering I'm running with an English theme this time...unless I can find the Mid English version...(no translators though... :sad:

Race: Pheonician, a race of humanoid beings with golden angel wings. They live mainly in the forests and mountains of the realm of Strangereal, (particularly in the Anean Continent) and a few do venture out and uncommonly has contact with humanity. Pheonicians can reincarnate if they die naturally, (ie natural causes or sickness), but not so the case if they die unnaturally (ie physical death/battle). They have an average lifespan of 150 years. They also have the ability to hide their wings to make themselves look entirely human. Other physical features include rounded ears and varying nose shapes and sizes like humans do. Pheonicians have circular eyes, but their natural eye colors are of tremendous range, making it somewhat easier to pick out Pheonicians from humans.

Arthur has spiky grey hair, moreso on the front. He also has 2 bangs, one on each side of his head. Arthur has green rounded eyes, rounded nose and ears, and golden yellow wings, roughly around 2½ feet long, all of these are the typical features of the Pheonician race. Standing at 6' and weighing 175 lbs, despite being in his 60's, he has the physical strength and features of men almost half his age.

Attire: Arthur wears a Dark Green headband around his forehead, carrying the seal of the Principality of Felinsulia, (link here) a series of three crowns on top of a blue field. Arthur wears a green scarf in case of cold weather (due to Felinsulia's location near the Arctic Sea and the Razgriz Straights.

Arthur wears a cauldron on his shoulder, connected to the bandolier belt he wears. He wears a separate belt on his green pants. Arthur's Green pants steel plate armor on his upper legs as well as steel shoes that extend to halfway up his ankles.

Arthur also wears a pair of steel gloves ordained with the mark of the seal of Feninsulia.

Personality: Arthur is eccentric to say the least. He has no patience for the rules and it's widely a reason as to why he is a mercenary. In a sense, he does not really show much emotions, due to having seen much lives lost to the Khesed Empire. Usually it is these memories that leads him to drink constantly, going into drunken stupors. This is mainly because it is widely due to the Khesed Empire's unjust and corrupt occupation of Felinsulia, forcing those to ever bend to the Empire's will or be crushed. In reality, Arthur is a nice enough guy, and does from time to time gives his hard earned gold to the poor and downtrodden of Felinsulia.

First Impression: Despite his deep down personality, most people think of him as a drunk mercenary who cares about money to buy more liquer. To say that he is indeed a nice guy would depend from time to time. But most people in Felinsulia, and probably all of Anea for that matter think of him as such.

Strength: Arthur is very strong for a Pheonician, being able to hit with wide, powerful blows with his One-Handed Axe (or a Bastard Sword). He can hit an opponent with no armor and deal roughly 75 out of 500 HP of damage in his most powerful swing (usually it would be 55 out of 500)

Speed: While in human cases he is faster, he is slower compared to most Pheonicians, being able to clock at speeds of 12 mph (and can fly at speeds of 35 mph). In Battle he cannot focus well against a target while in flight, and only flies when rushing into battle or for quick escapes.

Vitality: Because Arthur has minimal armor (specifically no torso armor) he is vulnerable to attacks on the chest as well as the head. Arthur can take 85 out 500 from a blunt object to the chest or head. His limbs however are well protected and can take half the damage using the same blunt object than he can to the torso.

Stamina: Arthur has high endurance, being able to fight for 10 minutes and fly for 1 hour before tiring out. Once tired, Arthur can recover in about 45 minutes. This means he can easily traverse the Anean Continent from Canero, (the capital of the Kingdom of Nordennavic) to Crngrad, (the capital of the Estovakian Empire) in a matter of days.

Reflexes: While Arthur shares the same superhuman reflexes as the rest of the Pheonician Race, his reflexes compared to those of his race are weaker at most. He can sidestep and dodge attacks at a quick speed, but cannot dodge gunfire and can only dodge arrow bolts at a 180 degree angle in front of him.

Fighting Style: Arthur's fighting style revolves around the use of powerful, sweeping blows. He does use speed for some of his attacks, but he focuses more along damage rather than how many hits he can get in. His fighting stance has his armed hand to the side behind him and his open hand forward.

Weapons:
Arthur's weapon of choice is the standard Felinsulian Battleaxe. (Shown in the appearance picture.) It is a one handed axe, roughly 2 feet long, and is used as the sidearm of choice for Felinsulian Javelinmen. The handle is made entirely of wood, and is wrapped in a black and yellow cloth. The blade is made of steel, albeit of low quality, is durable and can last for a very long time.

Arthur's other weapon of choice when not using the Battleaxe, is the Felinsulian Sword, which is a standard issue weapon for a Felinsulian Light Infantrymen. The Blade is 2 feet long (the grip being adds roughly another half of a foot.) lightweight and is made of good quality steel, compared to the Battleaxe. The Handle is blueish-Grey and has a cross guard to prevent injury to the hand.

His Shield, known as the Anean Griffin, is a wooden and steel shield, 8 inches in length and 6 inches in width. It is ordained with the titular Anean Griffin, a mark of the Felinsulian Principalities. While it has a higher defense property compared to wood thanks to it's design, it is not as durable compared to it's fully steel counterparts.

Magic: Arthur does not know any magic.

Abilities:

Blitz Rush (Limit Break): Arthur swoops down and uses hit and run tactics, swinging his weapon at a single foe for a total of 6 times. Each dealing .75 times normal damage, but hitting with decent speed. It cost's 80% of his stamina.

Gravity Blade: Arthur charges his blade with Darkness and Force, at the cost of 25% MP, he can increase his damage output by 1.375 for approximately 2 minutes. It can be broken while charging however (Charge time is approx. 30 seconds)

History:
Born in the Northern Selumna Peaks, in the Principality of Felinsulia, Arthur was as a young child, a strong warrior among his people, was raised in the city of the crown, Felinsulia.

It was there that he underwent training to become a knight of the Feninsulian Princely States. He learned, and trained with the Felinsulian Pheonician Sacred Band, a pseudo-special forces group established to fight for the Felinsulian Crown Prince, Llywelyn III, and his Monarch from the Khesed Empire, led by Emperor Alexander I, from Vitoze.

However, battle after battle, and defeat after defeat, including an epic battle in Port Cuneeda, where the 150 strong guard fought against an army over 100 times greater. Arthur, being the only survivor of the 150, left Felinsulia after it's fall and became a mercenary and a brigand, though it was unknown how he lived, or how the man felt after his Kingdom's fall.

Arthur is now a mercenary for hire, doing anything it takes for money.

Elvire is 5'5" and weighs a little over 145 lbs. She has long blue hair wrapped in a ponytail which can be seen behind her helmet, as well as purple eyes. She has orange colored fur, with her tail being a brown color. Like her people, her slender build allows her to be very fast and agile.

Attire:
Elvire wears a purple colored breastplate with thick plated steel shoulder pads. She also wears purple colored gauntlets and greaves colored in purple, navy blue and black.

Personality:
Elvire is a radical idealist. She believes in a representative government where the people make the decisions with or without the king. She would support a constitutional monarch, so long as the people has a say in the government. Because of this, she is a Paragon, helping those learn how to help themselves. She does not believe in holding out for heroes and as such, her ultimate goal is that when her people is in need of heroes, they can become one.

She can be sometimes introverted and rude, but she is a kind person and tries to mean well. Supporting the people of the Kingdom, even despite her views.

First Impression:
People think of Elvire indifferently, while she is a role model figure and a very exceptional leader, her ideals are radical, revolutionary and thus are popular with those who share these views, mainly those who want to overthrow the monarchy and establish a republic, while those who are indifferent to these ideals view her as a threat to monarchist way of life. This leads to her making a lot of enemies.

Strength:
Elvire's strength is relatively decent, not incredibly weak, but not overly strong. Rather it's a little on the average side. Her attacks can deal 75 on an opponent without armor who has 750 HP.

Speed: Compared to the more faster Felidians, The moderate weight of the armor keeps Elvire's speed down. Without armor she could go up to speeds of 20 MPH, but in her armor, her speed is effectively halved, to about 10 MPH. Despite the case, she is still remarkably fast.

Reflexes: As a Felidian, Elvire has enhanced reflexes, Like most trained Felidians, Elvire would be able to dodge semi-automatic fire at medium range as well as catch arrows with relative ease. However, with the armor, her reflexes and agility are reduced noticeably in such a case where she could dodge semi auto-fire at a much longer range, when she is looking at the person. Elvire would not be able to catch arrows with ease but she would be able to dodge them to an extent where it would be close.

Vitality: Elvire's Vitality is average, with an opponent able to do 65 out 500 HP from an opponent striking with a brunt object. In terms of magic, Elvire's Magic Defense is lower, being hit with a basic magic spell would do 75 out of 500 HP to her.

Stamina: Elvire is capable of fighting an opponent for approximately 5 minutes before tiring herself out. It would take 10 minutes to actually recover from this. Elvire is capable of taking on opponents in a long fight.

Fighting Style: Elvire's fighting style revolves around high altitude combat, using high jumping maneuvers to gain the high ground over her opponent. This is however supplanted with more on ground and thrusts as well as non lethal strikes and swings with the blunt edge of the weapon.

Weapon: Elvire's weapon of choice is known as Omega's Trident (pictured in the picture of Elvire). The Trident is based on a Enlightenment's view of the Ugellan God, Poseidon (and later, the Centrun God Neptune). The Trident, roughly 4 feet long in height, has three prongs, allowing to trap an opponent's weapon between the Trident, allowing for easy disarmament in combat. The Handles of the trident is Black, and is coated in a Blue-Purple Steel, although it is unknown how the makers of the weapon made it such a color.

Elvire also carries a dagger, known as Misericorde (which is Erusean for Mercy giver). The blade is a 6 in blade made with steel and colored in blue. This backup sidearm is used to thrust and cut people down when Elvire loses or cannot carry her Trident

Magic: Elvire has no known magical abilities.

Abilities:
Saut En Hauteur (High Jump/Limit Break): Elvire jumps roughly 3 times her height, (roughly 16.5 feet) in the sky, this is followed by riding the Trident down halfway to the target, then at the halfway point (8.25 feet), Elvire throws the Trident at the opponent, and starts heading down to finish the opponent off with a stab to the top of the skull with the Misericorde. This attack costs 80& of Elvire's stamina.

Eau Souffle (Hydro Breath): Due to a genetic trait passed down by her family for generations (partially due to an ancient ritual according to legend), Elvire has the ability to Breathe Water at high Pressures like a Sea Serpent. She could maintain this ability with consistent pressure (equivalent to a fire hose sprayed from a hydrant) for about 30 seconds. Elvire could also use the same breath and increase pressure to metal cutting extremes for about 5 seconds before tiring herself out.

Glace Souffle (Frost Breath): Elvire can also use her ability to freeze the air around her, causing opponents to either feel the effects or freeze the enemy in place. She could maintain this ability for 30 seconds before tiring out.

History: Born in the Erusean Capital City of Farbanti, she has seen the landscapes change and fought under the banner of many, many kings and queens of Erusea during her service to the D'Leggionairre Amazone de Erusea (Erusean Amazonian Legionnaire) for over 75 years. She served her entire career as adviser to the Legionnaire's Leader,

During her service, she fought multiple campaigns for the Eruseans, both in Ratio, FATO, Osea (during it's Civil War) and even at one point, the Erusean homelands from hostile enemies to the crown.

However, Elvire was disillusioned by the monarch and the way they was treating it's people. This also brought the addition of the Erusean hero of the First Osean Civil War, Josephine Villers, who was enlightened by the ideals of the Osean Republic they helped set up.

The Farbantites rebelled against the absolute Monarch of King Mathias V. The Legionnaires were sent into Farbanti to quell the rebellion in support of the National Guard, but what happened turn into a bit of shock for the King. Both the National Guard and the Legionnaires defected to the rebels and march on the Erusean palace in Normalie, where the King surrendered and was forced to relocate to Farbanti, where a National Assembly was set up.

Elvire now fights to defend liberty and equality under the law, a true facet of an Enlightened warrior.

Personality: Arthur is eccentric to say the least. He has no patience for the rules and it's widely a reason as to why he is a mercenary, though in reality this is widely due to the Khesed Empire's unjust and corrupt occupation of Felinsulia, forcing those to ever bend to the Empire's will or be crushed. In reality, Arthur is a nice enough guy, and does from time to time gives his hard earned gold to the poor and downtrodden of Felinsulia.

Need some more description here.


Give us the relative sizes of the weapons. Also, I think you forgot to link the picture of the Axe.

Other than that, he looks good.
