Who is that girl?

Who is that girl on the Final Fantasy XIII trailer? Have they even came out with the name of her yet? She looks badass though. Also does anybody else have the feeling that there isn't gonna be any other playable character than her? Maybe I just think that cause I haven't seen any other characters than her.
