The Onion Knight
Hey, released with the PSP version of Final Fantasy Tactics was two new job classes, namely the Dark Knight and the Onion Knight right?
What are the requirements for this particular job class? And what skills does it contain/have? (I do know that this job class is allowed to equip anything.)

The prerequisites are level 6 squire and level 6 chemist. They can equip any type of weapon or armour, but they can equip no abilities. Like the mime, they're mastered automatically, so no skills to learn.
Onion Knights might be weak at first, but the more classes the character masters, the stronger his Onion Knight class grows.

What do you mean by that..? As in the Onion Knight is able to use abilities from all the classes that character masters?

The Dark Knight needs you too... Completely Master Knight and Black Mage, kill (crystallize) 20 units, and reach level 8 with Dragoon, Ninja, Geomancer and Samurai.
I havent got it yet but i read about it and it sounds pretty interesting.

Final Fantasy Veteran
The way you guys explain it sounds kind of awkward to me as well. Care to go into more detail on the two classes?

The two classes..? Dark and Onion Knights?
Apparently, from the information from Floral Sigh... Onion Knight probably gets more powerful as you master more job classes.
As to the Dark Knight class, perhaps you should check out the thread: Dark Knight?

im not going to bother with the Onion Knight til around Chapter 4, same with the Dark Knight. Just so that i get all my skills mastered that i want and then move on to them. I wonder if you have to fight regular enemies are Dark Knights or Onion Knights near the end of the game

Apparently no.. From what i know, the enemy won't have that class ever. Exclusive to the player, i guess..?
Lol, I'd probably train everyone to be a strong Onion/Dark Knight before i even head for Dorter.. Ha ha. It's just for the purpose of owning all the enemies..!

That would be fun to fight them though
Well it would all depend if the class has a certain weapon. Im sure that the Dark and Onion Knights use swords though.

Onion Knights are able to equip all the weapons in-game..
Dark Knights..? Shouldn't it be nearly the same as the Knight class- swords? I suppose?
