Well let's see here...
Even though it had no relation to the FF video game series, I still liked it. Maybe they should of changed the title to something ellse. Ghosts from a different galaxy, who rip you of your soul! Very cool storyline, coulda been better.

yeah, it only sucked as a movie because it was a Final Fantasy movie, if it wasn't i think more people would have liked it, i might have

I agree with that. If it wasn't a final fantasy movie, more people probably would have liked it. it was okay IMO, but reminded me of Starship Troopers for some reason.

The only reason they slapped the "final fantasy" label on there was to gain a helluva lot more viewers. (Although, there WERE similar elements to the game that were rather obvious, but most people overlook them BECAUSE they were obvious.)

yes that i agree with you there, most people looked over them, but some did notice them and still hated it as a final fantasy movie

well i didn't really like it because it was cheesey, the spent their entire time running away from ghosts and it seemed like all it was was storyline. you could've put it on audiobook adding a narrative and it would've been better. The visual (except for the end... that was pretty cool) wasn't needed at all. I was very dishappointed.
