Love or Hate
Love or hate which is stronger?
This is how I see it not necessarily how you see it.
Love is a powerful notion that keeps you strong in spirits and passionate. Creates and supports relationships and makes them lasting. Makes a committed man or woman . Makes a child's life innocent, magical. Makes a beast more organic and positively significant . Tames wild animals. Gives hope to a future. Gives more significance to the life around you.
Hate , is it really all that different? You could argue that they could be seen together love and hate. You could love to hate but call it something else.
Hate is powerful it keeps you strong , revengeful and passionate. Creates some relationships but engulfs another in bitter rage and passion. Makes a tempered man or woman, with resolve and ambitions , dangerous. Makes a spoiled child, full of life and eagerly wanting more, regardless of what is right or wrong, not innocent but arrogant and dissatisfied . Makes a beast too organic and too animalisitic and too negatively significant. Lets wild animals roam free. Takes hope away for a future and leaves only spite . Warps the significance of the life around you.

I think love and hate are exactly the same really. They are both powerful emotions where you think about someone..er..passionately only ones good the other isn't
Well, tbh, Im not sure if either are good actually. If you love/hate someone the fuckers take over your mind til you get it out of your system

To me, they're equal. Honestly though, I think hate feels more like a poison. Unless you get rid of it, it just seems to spread and make you feel more twisted and burdened. For me, it's almost painful to hate someone. I try not to ever hate people, because it usually hurts me more than it hurts them. It's just not worth it. Really, nothing good ever comes of hate.
Love can be really beautiful. However, it can, like hate, become obsessive and out of control. It can also be just as painful, as we all know. I think more good things come of love, however...
I agree with the idea that love and hate are very thinly separated. For either, you need to have a very strong emotional investment in something/someone.

Leki agrees with what you just said.
As they say, 'With the greatest love comes the greatest hate.' If you have the capabilitity to love so much, then you also have the capabilitiy to hate just as much. It just differs from person to person, and to whom the emotions are directed at.
Love can make you crazy, and push you to do things for the one you love. Hate can make you spiteful, and make you go out of your way to harm.
Equal, I voted.

Neither, both, love and hate are equally balanced as they are fueled by our emotions, meaning that, the stronger the emotion, the stronger either hate or love will become. The concept of "love" and "hate" was created just to name a reaction born out of human emotions, so since they come from the same source, they are equal. For example, massacres were made by hate, as well as many tragedies were born out of defending "love". Added to that, there's only a small line which separates "love" from "hatred", meaning that we could feel one or the other at any moment. The only thing that might, perhaps make "hatred" more terrifying, it is the destructive power it has on our souls. Hatred poisons our hearts and minds, controls us, feed us with anger and adrenaline to blind our reasoning and drive us to commit the worst mistakes.

I too believe that it is both equal. It is both easy and hard to love and hate someone or something (love doesn't always have to be of a romantic nature), as it all depends on your thoughts and emotions. Neither is stronger than the other because all comes down to what you really feel, and acting out on that feeling. One day you may feel love toward someone, so much that you'd die for that person. The next day you may also feel a deep hostility towards that same person, so much that you'd like to kill a certain someone. (A negative example nonetheless, but you get the idea.)

I don't entirely know whether to think of hate or love as being more insane or absurd than the other, because they really are both insane and absurd. People are driven to doing and acting out the most ridiculous and illogical things, and all because of hate or love. It makes little difference at all to me, except they say that hate is less healthy than love--but love can be just as dangerous as well.

illogical but not insane, we do things we wouldnt normally for love, but that doesnt make it insane imo.
As to which is stronger, i'd say that would depend on each person, so it's really personal, not universal.
I think its much easier to measure hate then love, hate leads to destructive acts ie holocaust, love leads to many different acts ie romeo and juliet. Or kids and a life of happiness, which isnt measurable

In my opinion, it's insane though because it's not rational.
