Conflicts with the FARC
You all probably know about the FARC and all that happens in Colombia with that. Probably you've heard about Venezuela's "intrusion" into this natural affairs, and lastly, how Colombia had to storm into Ecuador to finish off one of the heads of the FARC.
Okay, right now, Ecuador, Venezuela and Nicaragua are on the verge of starting war with Colombia...
I would like to know what you think about all this that's happened, and If you really think there'll be war.
Personally I believe that it was necesary that Colombia took such offensive against Raul Reyes, besides, it showed that Ecuador's president was having affairs with the FARC.

It depends on the handling of the situation. The way things are going, Ecuador is more concerned with the border infringement, whereas Venezuela is angry at Paul Reyes' death.
It seems that Hugo Chavez desires war, and was just looking for an excuse all along. We'll see how it goes.

Nay, I live in thy capital, Bogotá. However, I do live near the "Universidad Nacional" (public university), where protests and the like are often, but not that much as of lately. Anyways, the situation bugs me, you see, it spread so fast that just today we were having class on that, :S
