I think she would be better off with her parents trying to make money off of her than being a goddess for the first years of her life then an outcast forever.

It's really weird, especially as she's not a siamese twin. If all the features work, then I can imagine it being really odd, especially breathing through both noses

Although, if she never knows any different I guess she won't struggle with it.
