RP Name: Resident Evil Outbreak
Classification: Blood and Gore, fiction, present time.
Year: 2007
Location: Raccon City- mid western town surrounded by the Arklay Mountains, the Arklay Forest and the routes leading to other major cities. It's quite urban, though it has several rural areas. Currently, the city was set under quarantine due to a bio-hazard outbreak caused by an incident in a mansion located deeply into the Arklay Forest.

Objectives: Survive while finding a safe escape route before Umbrella destroys the city with an atomic bomb.

-Swords and other weapons are admitted, though keep in mind we are trying to survive. We can't pawn the enemies so easily.

Umbrella Agent: soldiers placed under the command of the Umbrella Corporation. Their outfit should hide their identity unless the character wishes to be known personally. They normally have heavy machine guns and work in secrecy. Their mission is to retrieve samples of the virus and eliminate are threats to Umbrella.

He wont have the disfigured face. His eyes are blue.

His attire will be suit to make him look like a detective.

He has a bullet proof vest under his shirt.

And carries what he needs to get the sample and a Desert Eagle and a knife.

He is one of Umbrella's top soldiers. Joined them at age 21.

Clothes: STARS standard uniform (similar to the one Chris Redfield uses).

Apperance: Michael as short dark brown hair, light brown eyes and his well built.

Special skills: Michael is a great shooter, being second only to Chris Redfield former STARS marksman, he took a small course of 1st aid assistance working as a substitute para-medic for the STARS unit, and being a former burgler he knows how to pick locks and is good in infiltration operations.
Being a former marine he is also a good hand to hand fighter.
He can also drive relatively well.

Special fighting moves: Neckbreaker (like Hunk uses in RE4), Frontal Punch (like Wesker uses in RE4), Roundhouse Kick, Armbar (submission move) and Tackle (charges against opponent knocking him to the ground).

History: Michael is far from being a average day cop, he grew up in the Bronx. Being a white kid in the middle of a majorily black community was not easy for him, he got beaten up almost everyday that he went to school, and was even stabbed by a fellow classmate because he did not want to give him his lunch money.
Eventually when Michael reached 18 years, he left the Bronx and joined the USA Marines, his training was pretty tough and it changed him forever, he returned to the Bronx three years later, and word is that one day there was no more criminal acts in his neighborhood, although it's not confirmed if Michael had something to do with it.

When he was 22 Michael he was banned from the Marines after disobeying his superior, according to the official report Michael refused to shoot a "terrorist", which is in fact a lie, since the commander ordered him to kill the terrorist family and not the terrorist himself.
Getting kicked out of the army affected Michael, and he turned to crime as a way to revolt against the system.
One day Michael was caught, by Captain A.Wesker and the rest of the STARS unite, robbing a bank in Racoon City. He was captured and sent to prison, but Captain A.Wesker decided to give Michael a chance after Barry Burton (who is Michaels uncle) asked him to put him on the Racoon City Police Academy.
Being given a second chance Michael made the most of this opportunity, and ended up being selected to join the STARS team.

Personality: Arrogant and a loudmouth, this would be the things that define Michael the best. He as no problem saying what he thinks even if it means questioning his superiors. Despite this minor drawbacks, his fellow teammates respect him and know they can count on him for backup, even if it means putting himself in harms way.

Ambitions: Just like any other police officer Michael wants to reach the top of the Racoon Police Academy mountain, which means that he hopes to become STARS captain one day. Besides that Michael always had the strange dream of opening a Video Game store, since he is a fanatic player himself.

His eyebrows were thin and sharp, and he had blue contact lenses. He was wearing black glasses and a radio. Among his other gear was a combat knife, a watch, a cell phone and his wallet.

Background History:

William was born in Washington D.C., the son of John Michael Kennedy and Amanda Birkins. After he was born, their parents moved on to the mid western town of Raccoon City and started a new life. William's father, John Michael Kennedy, joined the police department and soon became Chief of the Raccoon City Police Department. Years later, the S.T.A.R.S., Special Tactics and Rescue Squad, was formed and among their members we had Albert Wesker, Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Barry Burton, and others. Unfortunately, the team was decimated during a rescue mission of the Bravo Team, leaving only a few members left. Several Reports included that the teams were attacked by hordes of monsters, a story that was barely credible. The S.T.A.R.S. were suspended and the case was closed.

Two months ago, the S.T.A.R.S were reformed under the command of the previous captain, Albert Wesker, and assigned to a new mission. Days after the "incident", reports were made about bizzare murders ocurring near the outskirts of Raccoon City. The victims were apparently, eaten.

William A. Kennedy was invited to be part of the S.T.A.R.S. weeks before the murders began. He didn't knew in what sort of nightmare he getting himself involved.

-Personality: William is a calmed, sometimes self centered, cool and collected young man. He tends to keep an eye on his own explosive behavior during situations of life and death. His the one that, no matter what's the situation, he will not give up until his mission is complete.

-First Impression:
At first, one would think that William is just one of those men who thinks only about his goals. He likes to be very competitive, sometimes rude if he gets pissed, tends to be quite sarcastic. Nevertheless, he has won the respect of many in the R.P.D. and though he is quite a "one man army", he would gladly accept help if needed.

He can normally be seen wearing sunglasses and a fedorra(sp).

However, after the cops got a lead from someone and arrested a large number of the mafia, he felt he was endangering his family and fled to Racoon City, changed his name to Joe Luccini, and joined the polic force, where he felt safe, although slightly pissed off at his change of life. He was eventually invited to be part of the STARS team, due to his "unexplained superior use and knowledge of firearms".
