The others are remakes/ports, but CC is a new prequel. Unless that FFT is new as well.

FFT:WotL isn't even really a remake, its a port of the PSX title with some minor additions.
For that mater, though, FFI and FFII are direct ports of the two halves of FFOrigins.

I don't see the headline you're talking about, where is it locate? Even so, I'm not sure why it's there. Obviously PSP owners are more than aware that it's not the first Final Fantasy game to be released on the PSP.

@Mystique: When you click on the Crisis Core link in the FFVII forum, there's a little bit of info beneath the User CP and other links that says

"The first FF game to be released for the Playstation Portable."
