i first got the proplem the day the chat room was put in and sence then i get them all the time around 12 o'clock

Per person in the chatroom, the server usage is extended. If our current chatroom is to made use of whilst it's here, I think it would be best to leave the chatroom if you're away from the computer, or if it's incredibly inactive. Less information will be sent, and thus less error messages for everyone.

i never use the chat room and there are some servers that will basically have the chat room and not the site thus making it to where all we would have to do is create a link to the chat room instead of getting all of these messages we would get members to stay longer
note i have had ideas of quiting cause of the messages

This makes no sense. The forum runs off the server, and the chatroom runs off the forum. In a manner of speaking, the chatroom needs a host; that being this forum. What you're suggesting is... impossible. Also, potentially leaving because of a few messages is a bit irrational of you.

a bit irrational they are annoying when you can't get on for over an hour
and there are chat room stuff that makes one un attached but people would have to regester to them

At most, I've suffered this for about 10 minutes maximum. It was somewhat more frequent last night, but that was a one-off occasion. People using smileys in the chatroom also initiates more server usage, so perhaps using them less than what you already do is best.
It's not as if this'll last forever either. No use in leaving before it's had a chance to be resolved.
