Request for more staff members please
Ok first of all i have to say this - This thread is not intended to cause drama at all,(infact quite the opposite) there is no flaming, spamming or trolling - and it is infact a suggesstion - so it falls into the catorgory of a feedback and suggestions thread.
First of all the staff that are still here are doing amazing - in particular Rhea and BustaMo.
But I - and several other members. Feel upset that they and the other remaining staff members are not getting the help they need or deserve.
First of all - there is only one admin - DarkBlade - and while i have no complaints about him, i find it worrying that he has to admin the site all by himself - and like he himself said - he is not a robot, he has his own life and personal issues, and cannot be expected to be on 24/7 - which is perfectly acceptable - however i feel that more admins need to be appointed soon so that he isnt overwhelmed.
The global moderators - There are only two of them - and like DarkBlade they cannot be expected to be online all day everyday - I feel bad for Rhea and Slasher as right now they have a huge area in which they need to moderate yet they have noone else to help them. and they too are real people with their own lives and i feel that they need more support before they too are overwhelmed - yet it has already happened, as im sure some of you saw just how much Rhea had to do by herself the other night 
The section moderators and RPG Directors - they have got a very limited area in which they can moderate in, and i feel that more people need to be appointed to moderate more sections, or they need to be given more powers - if only temporary.
Now the intention of this thread isn't to cause drama or flame staff members but rather let all of us have our say and our thoughts - and if a solution is mentioned it will be in public where everyone will be able to see it and add in thier views and opinions.
and guys if your going to post a reply - please make sure it isn't dramatic - Because and to quote The Scriblerian "If you havn't got anything nice to say, then dont say it at all"

I full haertly agree with you Aeris and I think we need to know as soona s possible what goign to happen or new staff needs to be put in to as soon as possible.

Agreed, and its nice to see you worried about it. However, I also said, let the staff decide on how fast they need to act. But it's alright, I'm sure this occupying DB's mind at the current moment anyways.

True but if there are going to be more staff members we need someone like AG over there or Aztec as a staff member since they are the one's help ppl sometimes.So my vote is that one of those two guys should be in Staff.

I have sent a PM to Darkblade about the matter a day ago, he just hasn't been on yet to reply to it.
We'll get to you guys once Darkblade makes his decision, alright?
Unless you have something important to say, please don't spam this thread with meaningless posts, like "Yeah I agree!" or "I think we need more staff too".
You're just stating the obvious, so any more posts like that after this, infractions will be given accordingly.

Yeah I agree that we need more staff too.
Because not everyone can be online constantly, with prior activites they need to perform in the day; work, school, shopping, taking care of kids, you know.
A good idea would be to choose the people who are online the most, as they would probably have less of an outside life (no offense) then others, so they'd be able to dedicate more time to cleaning up the forums then others could.
Just a though.

I just want to point out my opinion on the whole DB matter.
Although I'm sure you all have your ideas and problems that you wish to discuss with DB, you have to realize that he's more bombarded right now than any of the other staffers. In lieu of recent events, I'm sure his PM box is overflowing with plenty of pointless messages, and he probably doesn't have time to deal with it right now.
While slasher and I are the only Gbmods at the moment, the rest of staff is doing their job in keeping their eyes peeled for possible candidates to take up positions as staff, as well as cleaning up and moderating in any way possible.
If I have any advice to you all, it would be to contact the more active staff members, including section moderators and RPG directors, as oppose to bombarding DB. The staff don't typically make desicions on their own, so just remember that any ideas you point out will be run through by all staff members before reaching any conclusions.
