Well, I do think having some member input on how a moderator is doing isn't exactly a bad idea. We are here to keep the members happy to some degree, and not just the staff.

She can check who voted what. lol So it's not like that person not posting their opinions is really going to keep that knowledge from her. But if they don't want to publically come out and say it, then whatever. They don't want to be berated for an unpopular opinion. They're allowed to think she isn't doing a good job, even if I severely disagree with that choice.
