Or how about...biweekly, we allow the members a chance to step down. I mean, they could step down whenever they so please, but giving them two week intervals would reduce the stress.

Or we could do the vote, by members, or at least some kind of proposal of whether or not they think the current middle-men are doing their job well.
They can step down and such, but it wouldn't do well for them to step down if the members who they represent aren't happy with it.

Oh right >__< I always forget Rhea is staff, she acts so...unstaffly? Like a normal member is what i mean xD
The trail idea is good too. Someone may want the position just to feel empowered or something, but they might just forget about it or take one side after a while.
I'm trying to think of a good idea for you guys so i can say i actually helped with something, but it looks like all the good ideas have already been made T_T |

Be aware that even though this is nomination, the staff won't put up someone we don't feel qualifies for the part. Just want to get that out of the way before some people get the wrong idea. So its not purely a popularity contest, but more a qualifications test.

As MR said...we aren't being biased about our decisions. I, as well as you all, I'm sure...want a representative who has legit grammar, and a clean unbiased history here at FFF. ^__^ |

Bloody hell, I'm never nominated for anything. Makes a nice change.
I nominate Pooley he's got his head in the right place, won't take sides and isn't hated by too many people  He's also active enough on the forum and easy enough to talk to and contact if there is a problem.
