I would have thought that, but on his mom's myspace, she only has 2 sons.
And yes, claiming someones pictures as your own is illegal which is what Kourtney did, I should know, I've pressed charges on someone on myspace for stealing my pics and claiming them as her own.

Sometimes I wonder why life is some sort of a sick joke. Bei Bei, you should be a Detective, consider it, seriously. 
As for Identity Fraud, it is illegal, no matter what actions are taken under said identity.
As explained in the common types of Identity Thieving:
-Financial Identity: such as credit card fraud and other actions to make profit.
-Criminal Identity: to avoid a crime by taking another person's identity.
-Identity Cloning: to assume a person's identity in daily life (applies to Internet)
-Business/Commercial Identity: using another business' name to obtain credit.
The case we have here is "Identity Cloning" which applies even in Internet.

Hence why I don't even bother making a myspace. But seriously, if he/she committed a crime, he/she deserves an indefinite suspension from the site (a.k.a. perma-ban)

Yeah =/ I have an impersonator on MySpace at the moment and I'm still waiting on a damned response from MySpace. This girl stole some of my older pictures, posted them up on her page, also stole one of my more recent ones that I've actually had up in my myspace gallery for awhile now. (don't make fun of my pics xD those were my old gothic days or whatever xD) The one of me in the blue and black outfit with the long auburn hair is one I've had up on MySpace for a few years now. I've also been a member a lot longer than her. So yeah...nice huh?
Anyway, we're still waiting on this person's response before we go through with the ban.
