on a serious note: you can't go around telling people to prove that the moon exists. I has to be done in a scientific matter, which is probably the only way people will really believe you. You are the one who has to prove that the moon doesn't exist.

Oh, obviously you expect everyone to assume that you have this so-called knowledge of the non-existance of a large rock that circles the earth, big enough for EVERYONE to see! What next, the non-existence of the other planets, too? Non-existence of the stars? Non-existence of the sun, even? Maybe the seasons of the earth are all a big lie as well! Oh noes! A group of scientists have created these large machines that they keep deep underground and with those, they control the weather!
On a serious note, though, how do you expect to even get an argument from either side with a bunch of forum-posters? I highly doubt any of us have any sort of special equipment or any means of heading up past our own atmosphere just to prove/disprove this so-called 'non-existent moon'. I know I don't. You probably don't have any, either.
Also...unless you have your own theory of the moon's apparent non-existence already posted up, it's hard to make other posters try and post up a theory arguing against it. No need to be smug about it. |
