The Coliseum Regulations
1) Do not spam or flame. The Coliseum is the big-time, the place where we go to decide who is the best of the best. Flaming and spamming are extremely contradictory to being a good RPer, and are key trademarks of amateurs. Take a loss or win graciously, and make in-depth posts. Offending members will be dealt with at a Moderator or Administrator’s discretion.
2) No God-Modding. God-moderation (god-modding for short) is when you are limiting your opponents’ reactions to the point where you are depriving them of an open post. This can be done in several ways, the most notorious of which is actually controlling the opponent in your post. For example:

This, on the surface, doesn’t seem bad at all. However, you will notice that Julius specifically stated what my attack did, even though I did not give him express permission to send Jake’s sword into the earth. By stating what Jake did in a time where I could have the reflexes to change the outcome of the swing, Julius God-modded. This is expressly forbidden in RPBs. A Moderator or Administrator reserves the right to contact a member about this problem if it persists.
An example of a good post would be the following (excepting length):

Here, Julius left the results of his block up to me, while he moved away and continued his attack.
In the Coliseum, people are judged to move on to the next round. God-modding makes up a VERY large portion of this judgement, so it is in your best interest to put on your best anti-god-modding gear.
3) Do not Power-play. Power-playing is using or having abilities that are absurdly strong or uncharacteristically powerful of your character. An example is having a character that is particularly accomplished in archery, and yet horrendous in melee combat, and then having them fight like an accomplished veteran in melee. Things like the ability to reflect spells, consistent and unfair dodging of attacks, and unavoidable attacks are included both here and god-modding. This is expressly forbidden in RPBs. A Moderator or Administrator reserves the right to contact a member about this problem if it persists.
4) ONLY Tournament Battles are to go in this section. Tournaments are created and maintained by RP Moderators and Administrators. If any battle other than one created by an RP Moderator or Administrator is found here, it will be deleted and the creator warned for spamming.
