Yes. The tournament is for RPB-approved characters only.
Edit: Julius. Zephyrum -is- approved for the RPB. xD! I went and checked, I must have ignored the 'ORPG/URPG' approval point of the bio, because I graded it similar to an RPB bio, and approved it for all three areas.

drat! our number is In pair, which we can easily fix by giving someone a by... the problem is more that we at the moment have 9 participants which is 1 more then the ideal number of 8 (4 quarter finals and then on), so if a tenth member joins we are going to be in a pinch because if we force 4 players to duke it out for quarter final matches we are most probably going to end up in time problems due to assorted vacations, that and its kinda unfair to have 4 people do an extra round...

You can move it to the Hall of Warriors if you like, but I don't know if it's approved or not. Apparently I didn't know I had to select RPB too for my character. I don't know if it could be approved for this tournament, unless it's not actually good enough for a RPB.
If my instincts for approving a ORPG character like the one I posted a few posts ago is not well enough for a RPB, it doesn't actually matter. I have my patience for next year.
