SeeD: Rene Skylar's and Zeria Iiyasei's sparring match

Rene smirked as he walked into the large sparring room of Balamb Garden. He took off his black waistcoat and put it on a rack in the corner of the room. He flipped a button and set the lights on naturalistic mode. He turned to the computer and tapped in a few keys before pressing enter. The sparring rooms holographic systems kicked in and the room turned into Rene's favourite arena, the fields of Noar. He looked out and smiled at the familiar view of hills and flowers. Pity most of it would probably be scorched in the next hour or so.

Rene set the computer to voice activated and watched as it began to blend in with the holographic view. He turned to face where the door would be. He had sent the message to her earlier but hadn't received a reply.

"Come on Zer, get ready for the match will ya?" He said to himself leaning back and feeling the fake wind on his cheeks. He checked his equipment with his hands, knowing exactly where each piece of it was. His gun was fully loaded with rubber bullets, so they wouldn't kill of course but his sword was normal. He himself and of course Zeria were far too skilled to let any "accidents" happen with their weapons.

Zeria grinned, pure anxiousness and determination radiating from her.

"Ah, Rene, are you ready for this? Think you can handle defeat by my hand? If not, I recommend you run now"

She laughed, tossing her cloak aside, and grabbed the grips of her twin triple-barreled guns. She was in her usual leathers, guns strapped to her belt, swords strapped to her back, fiery red hair tied up, eyes gleaming with readiness...

Rene smirked at probably his 3rd best friend. "Heh heh! You know I'd never run from a match with you Zer!" Rene smirked as he drew his Guardian Blade and placed it in front of him. He noticed that Zeria was starting the match with her guns but didn't care, he knew he could probably block some of her bullets with his blade.

"Lookin kinky as usual Zer!" He laughed loudly, noticing her leather clothing. He lowered his blade and bowed. "Shall we dance?"

She winked and gave him a 'you want summa this?' look, before drawing her guns and sighting in on Rene.

"Yes, indeed we shall, Rene. No interruptions either. Just you, me, and the clash of weaponry and spells. GO!"

She darted towards him, fiery hair blowing wildly behind her, and fired off 3 rounds each gun, sending 18 bullets flying straight for Rene's vitals...

"I'll wait for our date tonight." He said winking back at her. He dodged to the right and avoided some of her bullets before blocking the rest with his blade sending them straight back at her. He charged forwards and kicked off the floor jumping high into midair. He spun round wiht his gun in his free hand and fired a full clip at Zeria.

He landed nimbly and quickly reloaded his gun. He spun his blade and rested it on his shoulder.

"C'mon Zer, gotta do better than that!" He said jokingly whilst smirking.

While he was firing and smirking away, Zeria stuck out her tongue and darted about, countering his bullets with her own and holstering her guns, drawing those blades of hers. Hellfire Blade, the blade that radiated heat when in battle, and her Punisher Gunblade, her treasured gift from Julius.

"Bring it on, Cross Slash!"

The 'x' shaped energy rocketed off of her blades and went straight for his back as she landed nimbly 10 feet behind him, moving to strike at his neck...

Rene smirked as he gracefully spun round and disappated the cross slash with his blade. As Zeria went for his neck he lifted his blade once more and countered it as she came close. He lifted his gun and put it to the bottom of his head. He smirked at her and blew her a kiss as he pushed her away with the bootom of his foot. He holstered his gun and lowered his sword.

"Surely you can do better than that Zer? Maybe that leather is constricting your movements? How abput ya take it off?" He winked at her

Zeria's eye twitched and she did a backflip away from him.

"Stupid pervert! Is that all you think about, is seeing me nude?! Because it's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!"

She threw 5 shuriken and 7 kunai at him, then shot forward, one gun firing while she swung for his knees with her Hellfire Blade...

"Course not! I think about other girls nude as well!" Rene laughed as he blocked the shurikens and most of the kunais. As the last one dug itself into his shoulder he groaned slightly and pulled it out.

"Oh c'mon! The shoulder! I use this arm for certain things y'know!" He charged forwards and aimed a punch towards Zeria's stomach.
