My New Best Friend
Meet my new best friend. My hands are all bruised and cut but I feel great. I'm having trouble typing because my hands hurt so bad, even with gloves. I've never been happier. I never knew how much anger I had pent up inside me. It felt great letting that out. Who knows you might even see the nice Aztec who first joined this site. I feel good.

Ya those things do help with pouring your anger out. I knew some who had one and he used it for about 2 or 3 years and they do rip and get holes if used regularly.

Why dont you just keep the anger to yourself. thats what i usually do...unfortunately, i tend to do a sephiroth a lot, but i make sure i dont go too far. xD
