MIP - I'm going to jail
So last month, I brang vodka to school and got caught drunk. I was sent home with a 5 day suspension, a court date, and a headache. Alls well, though, right? Well, I missed my court date on accident, and now I have a warrant for my arrest.
The first person I called said I was going to jail if I came, and it will take 500 doallers to bail me out.
Second I called and asked what I needed to do to make things right, and they said I had to go fill out paper work and stand before a judge, and he will decide what to do. I might go to jail. Who knows.
There is no one in my life right now, not even my parents, who will help me out. No one to even comfort me or visit me in jail. My parents have enough money to bail me, but they are on buisness trips.
I know I didn't make the right decision in the first place, but Im so scared.

Really you shouldnt have done that in the first place. You must have known you may have gotten caught. Im not having a go at you there. But least you knew you did wrong and you realy do sound sorry for it.
I doubt youd get sent to jail, IMO it doesnt sound all that serious. I thought youd get a slap on the wrists and told to behave.
Cant you contact a parent for help? And how are you accessing the Internet? Are you at home? There must be a relative who can help you. Maybe someone at school can help you also.

what could a lawyer do? defend the fact i cut court?
i dont know WHAT to do =\
yes im at home on my laptop. i have to go at 1:00 to see what will happen

Or go and find someone who can help you. Call your school or a relative. Yelling at people on a forum wont help you at all.

Im sure you won't go to jail =/
People do far worse and just get a slap on the wrist, but then I guess our justice system is rather shite. Not sure what it's like where you are.
Are you even OLD enough to go to jail? If this is a first offence, Im sure you will be ok as long as your not the smart arse type. Just hang your head in shame and appologise, lots. Show compasion and cross your fingers

honestly, that makes me feel better. yeah out govermnet is pretty leanient too. and it is my first offence.
