Evil Beauty Contests
Why is created? I hate beauty contests because people vote for pretty women . Let's say some girl wins a beauty contest on the first place, she knows that there's no one prettier in the room than her, the girl that wins the last place KNOWS that she's the ugliest from all girls who entered. People vote for beautiful women but that's all they care about. What do you guys think? Talk about it.

Its done for fun I guess. But it does nothing to the losers self asteem.
I personally cant stand them either cause most of them have the personality of a dog turd. They may be pretty, but some are so up their own backsides its ridic.

i don't think that beauty contests are fun at all 
Some of the models are having a terrible diet just to look thin. I wonder if there's men's beauty show

I dont see them as being fun either, but I think the reason they were created in the first place was purely for fun.
And Mr Universe is the mens version.

...I don't see the point in something so shallow. I find intelligence a very pretty and, if I may say so, sexy thing. Looks do matter, even though they shouldn't, but beauty contests are a waste of time and money, especially the ones that are televised.

Yeah, me either, I don't like it, and I'm not just saying that because they bore me to death, but because I don't really see the point, after they win or whatever else happens, there's really not much else that goes on for anyone other than the winner herself or himself to appreciate.

Yeah, I agree with this, it's just pointless pitting someone who's beautiful against someone who is also beautiful....by doing that is saying that the other is not beautiful enough to win something as 'prestigious' as that.
Bad for the moral health of the losers, in my opinion.

there is one plus side though if a girl thinks she is the most beautiful person ever and comes last itll knock her down a peg or 2
