ARG!!! I'm so pissed off!!!
Ok, as I write this message, it's 8:30 am, so keep that in mind.
Now, last night, I thought it was going to be a night like anyother, get some good sleep, and have a reallly retarded dream like always. WRONG!!
In the house next to us, like about 4 men live there. The owner of the house is a really nice guy, and I hope he doesn't get into any trouble for what his room mates did.
Last night, about 10:30 pm, two of them, they thought it would be absolutely hilarious to shout at passing cars, and stick up their middle fingers, and also shout abscenities, and well, I have news for buddies,"NO IT'S NOT"!!!!!
They did this for about two or three hours, and I was right pissed off at them. And, I was actually scared for my life, I thought they were drunk, and they wouldv'e come into my room, through my open window, and do something. I was bloody scared. It was the first time I had to close because of other people. I never do that, I only close my window because if it's freezing outside.
So, I bearly got any sleep last night. I'm so lucky I have the day of school today, I'm going to one of those 2 hour dentist appointment, urk!!
And, as I am currently typing this message, one of the two guys is at it again. It's bloody 8:30 in the morning, your gonna get caught, and thrown in jail, and good on the cops!!

I was expecting to see something like "SUMONE SNUCK MEAT INTO MAI FOOD!" when I opened this thread.
But...call the cops on them? They were definitely drunk if they kept it up for 2 or 3 hours, and I dunno about over there but in America that could be considered "disturbing the peace" and "disorderly conduct"...probably lots of other things too, like harassment and such.

Similar laws here in England. I think that would be anywhere in the world really, but they're not strong laws. They might get a record for it though, which is never a good thing, but when you're drunk, they're not going to take that much notice of it.
Hopefully for you, its only going to be like last night and this morning, otherwise you'd be best calling the police yourself. If its the two housemates, then your friendly neighbour won't get in trouble, unless they're underage or something, but for the sake of the alcoholic behaviour, he can't get in trouble.
So like I said, if it continues, do something about it. Maybe even tell your friendly neighbour about it instead, as I'm sure if he's as nice as you say, he'll try to keep it to a minimum.

My advice would be to suck it up and get on with life. So fuck if there was some drunk people shouting? Things could be far worse. And if they do try and climb in your window, just laugh at them because that would be hilarious to see someone who's off their tits do that.

Actually that would be rather hilarious, especially when you closed the window on their hands and watched them try to get out
But I've got some rowdy neighbors behind me, they like to play horrible country music late at night and every now and then their teenage daughter will have a fit of rage and attack the trees with a golf club.

I hate my street. I don't mind the vast majority of it, but there are these flats at the bottom which I would happily test an A-bomb on if it weren't for that I live two doors away.
I just.. hate them. My mum always has to put away their wheelie bins on bin day so that they don't attack our cars with them at night (which they have done on two occasions).
