What's the different between FF Tactics PS1 and FF Tactics PSP ?

The ones I know for sure of are the new anime-style cutscenes and that there's going to be a couple of new Job Classes added into the game, including Onion knight. Balthier is a character in it this time as well I think. The sprites may have been updated to look sharper but I'm not sure about that one.

Unchanged Parts

The game currently has many aspects that seem to be unchanged from the original. The most important are follows:

The main characters do not change, though their names have been slightly altered.

Ramza Beoulve is now the official version of his name. Delita Hyral's name is currently Delita Heiral on the Japanese website. Ovelia Atkascha's name on the Japanese website is Ovelia Astkaasa

Many jobs and monsters are confirmed to be returning.
Many characters are returning, most notable outside of the main characters is Agrias Oaks.

What i know is that they added Balthear, but, that about sums it up.
