Monk
Anyone use Monks in this game for a prolonged period of time?
I used Monks the first opportunity I got. I loved the techniques that you could learn from them and in fact I converted a couple of my party into monks just for the hell of it.
Wave Fist and Earth Slash were my favorite techniques from them. I remember I used to own a lot of enemies when I had monks in my party.

Yeah I used em. I had may main character in some sort of sword using class and an alchemist for another, but all the rest of my party were monk class. They were very strong and good to have, until you get the special side story characters of course.

I used monks all the time, very fast with great techniques which hit loads of enemies.

Ramza is my monk, its a fun class to play around with. What's funny is I don't particularly like "monk type" classes in other games, but I really like it in Tactics.

Monks are and always will be the most powerful job! that job has the coolest moves on the one on one fight with Wiegraf...well he just kept running from Ramza so I used Wave Fist. That job is the best!

Monks are ok in my opinion. I use them as a support class mostly once I learn all of thei abilities (or the more important ones like Revive, Chakra, Wave Fist, Earth Slash..). I tend to like Geomancers more than monks honestly.
