I'll stick with FFT over FFTA anytime. It's far better, more indepth, and one of the few rpg/tactical games which I've bothered to replay. Several times. Unfortunately FFTA doesn't have that spark that'll make me love it more.

Final Fantasy tactics for me. I've just started playing through it just now and it's quite a bit more enjoyable than Advance was. Advance just had too many flaws in it which soured what could've been a nice idea for a portable way to lose 50-hours of your life, like only certain races being able to equip certain jobs/classes.

I think there was a thread on this already...but anyway i was more attracted to the original Tactics more because it had a much deeper story and far more plot twist than Tactics Advance.

Final Fantasy Tactics. There's hardly a comparison here. I mean, yah, really it was great that in FFTA you could keep healing yourself even though you had full HP to get EXP points, but you get a limited amount of points to upgrade your jobs with. Plus you don't even get to choose what the earned AP is going forward to. Then the things with finding shitty weapons that teach you the best abilities. That was so gay. Laws, they sucked. Every five seconds I was always being locked up in the slammer. And most of the jobs and abilities of FFTA were very limited and lame.

FFT has a better story, FFTA has better graphics (I like all cartoon rather than half cartoon half 3D like in FFT). FFTA has much more Jobs than FFT, but FFT has Cloud in the game. It's close but I'll take FFTA becasue of all of the above and it's Handheld so I don't have to play it at home if i don't wan't to.
