No voice acting in the one I saw. There was a voiceover describing the game.

Wow, that was really upsetting. I'm not going to be able to play this game, but it looks like they actually want to do a faithful port. (Maybe some of the spelling errors will be fixed.) I miss FFT so much! WHY IS THIS ON THE PSP?!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's here!! But on the PSP :( I might actually go buy it just for this game. Looks good. AND the scenes were really giving me goosebumps. This is the one port I'm actually ever been excited about. I literally can't wait.

I like the fact that's it's a port and it'll be portable and all but maybe i'm a little picy because what's the point of the CG scene with no voice acting. I'd rather just have it with original scenes and stuff y'know. I can picture myself being irritated by this xD.
