Easy EXP and Levels

I'm sure you know this by know but the best way to level up and get lots of JP is to get your character that you want to level/get more Jp and then make them whatever class you want to give the Jp too. Then equipped the Squire skill "Jp Boost" and also have "Focus" learned (or use "Accumulate" [Cant remember the name of it in the PSP version but its the last skill you can learn for only Ramza and Luso] and stay back from the fighting and use this skill. Send someone in to kill all enemies but one and then continually heal and use it when needed.

Now you can also Attack your own characters to get exp but you wont get as much. I hope this will help some people get to there Job they want (It helped me get a Dark Knight). Pretty straight forward but it gets the job done. If you have any questions feel free to ask about it.

I used Gained JP Up and Move Get JP then I made all my people Squires and used them to kill all but one dude then put him to sleep. Then I make all of my people just use attacks like yell and stuff over and over until they get a bajillion EXP!

Ya the only bad thing about the leveling is that when your in story mode, You end up getting only 1 xp or something if you alot better then your opponents and its turning into not much fun cause im owning the heck out of them.

Yea plus the enemies are always the same level as the top leveled person so if you go to Deep Dungeon you can convert level 99 people to your party.
