did anyone else find tactics really hard? - Page 2

I didn't find anything about the game too difficult besides Wiegraf and your first fight in Dorter. Those fights were arduous. Wiegraf was such a fucker.

I think the only times I ever died was when I was caught off guard by Wiegraf's apperances. Bastard is so annoying with counter. Then he has cyclops when he turns into the four armed sheep of DOOM D :

Wiegraf + unprepared party = raep .

*well the missions were all easy but tiring because im always trying to steal the enemies gear

*but as i level up to 99 i found it hard to battle the monsters because theyre really strong when they reach level 99

*but it was fun and challenging

Tactics was easily the hardest FF game I've ever played, but it is my favorite. The class system, combat (I love srpgs XD ) and story are great!

Wiegraf was a bitch, but I found cuchulainn( I think he's the first of the zodiac monsters(can't remember their name right now)) the most annoying, difficult boss in the game. I hate that fight!!! It just makes me rage when it comes time to do it XD

yes the game was "ROCK HARD" some of the stages were easy most, hard but the boss stages very hard but still a good game never the less

i find it really hard, considering the fact that i haven't beaten it yet! course, that might be due to the fact that my team doesn't have a single human besides ramza, agrias, and mustadio.

FFT can be hard but that is the great thing about the game! Always a challenge waiting for you on the next horizon! I like how the random battles level up with you.

But yes, to answer your question, the game does get easier the more job classes you unlock. Just have to know how to use them.

I actually found that Tactics (especially WoTL) is really hard especially with very little experience of the Tactics released on the PS1. It doesn't particularly help either when the tutorials are really long and boring =[

But seriously, it can be really frustrating if you've never played it before, mainly because it doesn't play like a normal FF title (or not to me personally). Hell, I even spent an hour on the second battle xD

Yup its extremly hard imo its harder then XII. X_X Thats why Im training til I get to level 99.So it will be alittle easy.But even though it is hard it's a great game especially the one for the psp.

I know the game is all about tactic, but you defeat the purpose of having a leveling up system if the monsters level up with you. You might aswel stay on level one all through the game!!!!!

Their was a few really difficult fights, that made me scream with frustration / break the PSP, but otherwise it was pretty standard difficulty-wise. I thought the battles were too long, instead of being too hard. ><
